In this first session, you’ll be guided to gently notice the presence of your inner critic — how it speaks, when it appears, and the impact it has. There’s no need to change or analyse anything yet. Simply bringing kind, curious awareness to this voice is the first step toward transformation.

Listening Beneath The Critic
Today’s session invites you to explore what might lie beneath your inner critic’s words. Could it be fear, longing, or a wish to protect? With gentle attention, we begin to sense the needs or stories hidden within the critical voice — not to excuse it, but to understand it more deeply.
Lição 3
Whose Voice Is It?
In this session, we reflect on where the critic’s voice may have come from. Often, our inner narratives echo old messages we’ve internalised over time. By beginning to untangle these influences, you’ll create more space for your voice to emerge with clarity and compassion.
Lição 4
The Inner Critic And The Body
This session focuses on how the inner critic shows up in the body. You’ll be guided to notice tension, contraction, or disconnection — and gently explore ways of softening or shifting your physical experience. Listening to the body can help ground and soothe difficult internal moments.
Lição 5
Reclaiming Your Inner Space
Today, we begin the process of gently reclaiming space from the inner critic. This isn’t about pushing the critic away, but about remembering you have a choice. Through breath, grounding, and presence, we begin to strengthen the parts of you that know how to care for yourself.
Lição 6
Speaking Back With Kindness
In this session, we experiment with offering a kinder response to the inner critic. You’ll be guided through a practice of speaking back with warmth and honesty — not to silence the critic, but to change the tone of your inner conversation.
Lição 7
Meeting Yourself Differently
Our final session brings together everything you’ve explored. You’ll be invited to meet yourself — and your inner world — with more presence, choice, and care. This is an ongoing journey, but you may already notice small shifts in how you relate to yourself.

I now have the awareness that the neg criticism was and is trying to protect me from embarrassment ridicule harm, even though it was hurtful, disrespectful, and traumatizing. It’s not as effective as it is easy to afflict. I know I’m changing how I look at the negative critic thank you
