Rest assured, we will create a safe space where you can honor and explore these emotions while steadily progressing toward healing and liberation. Each lesson will include a new step on the path of forgiveness and different mindfulness practices to help you navigate this transformative journey with confidence and grace. The combination of mindfulness practices and intentional breathing techniques can deepen your experience and support the forgiveness process. With a focus on replayability, this course allows you to continually progress on your forgiveness path with a specific person in mind one at a time. Once you have completed the forgiveness process for one person on your list, you can select the next person and proceed through these eight transformative steps. Gradually, you will work your way up your list, ultimately forgiving the person who has caused you the most pain. Each lesson will include personal inquiry, intention setting, deep breathing, and relaxation exercises to ground yourself so you don’t get overwhelmed with resentment and bitterness as you dwell on these past hurts and betrayals.
