O que você irá aprender
Welcome to a transformative 35-day journey into the Buddha’s original teachings for higher levels of inner peace, happiness, and spiritual liberation. Over 2,600 years ago, the Buddha spent 49 days and nights in deep meditation beneath the Bodhi Tree. When he awakened, his discovery became a revolutionary blueprint for healing the mind, understanding suffering, and awakening profound inner peace and happiness. This course reveals that original wisdom — a powerful, step-by-step path for ending suffering and awakening genuine happiness, emotional freedom, and lasting inner harmony. The teachings in this course offer the Buddha’s complete framework for human healing and transformation. They go far deeper than basic mindfulness, guiding you toward clarity, insight, deep emotional healing, and profound spiritual awakening. As you complete all 35 days, you'll be surprised by how deeply effective these teachings are, and how much they can elevate every part of your life — your peace, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and understanding of the mind. Key Teachings You’ll Learn Throughout This Journey First, you’ll learn about the Buddha’s Three Jewels — the Buddha, the Dhamma, and the Saṅgha. You’ll discover the power of the Buddha’s life story, the essence of his teachings, and how a supportive community of practitioners provides safety, guidance, and inspiration on your path. Then, you’ll uncover the true essence of mindfulness as the Buddha originally taught it — and you may be surprised by how different it is from modern interpretations. This understanding transforms meditation into a profound practice of insight (vipassanā) and wisdom (paññā), leading to inner freedom and deep spiritual awakening. Building on this foundation, you’ll cultivate greater awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being through the Four Foundations of Mindfulness (the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta). You’ll also deepen calm, clarity, and emotional stability through the Ānāpānasati Sutta — the Buddha’s practice of mindful breathing. As your understanding deepens, you’ll experience freedom from stress and suffering through the Buddha’s Four Noble Truths, the cornerstone of his teaching. These truths reveal what most people never understand about why they suffer — and, more importantly, how to stop. Then, you’ll walk the Noble Eightfold Path, a practical framework for living with ethics, concentration, and wisdom. This path guides you toward clarity, balance, purpose, and meaningful direction in every area of your life. Finally, we conclude the journey with the Mahāyāna Buddhist ideal of the Bodhisattva — the embodiment of compassion and service — showing you how your awakening can contribute to a more peaceful and compassionate world. This course is designed for: Complete beginners seeking a clear, authentic introduction to Buddhist meditation Practitioners wishing to deepen their insight and understanding Aspiring meditation teachers wanting a strong foundation in the Buddha’s original teachings For teachers or future teachers, these principles are essential — you cannot guide others confidently unless you understand what the Buddha actually taught. Your Transformation By the end of this 35-day journey, you will have a full toolkit for: Lasting inner peace Emotional freedom and resilience Clear insight into the nature of suffering Confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose A direct, experiential understanding of the Buddha’s teachings — and how to live them every day for the challenges of modern life. Begin your journey today. Join me for Day 1 and step onto the path to lasting happiness, peace, and awakening.

The True Meaning Of Mindfulness As The Buddha Taught It
Welcome to Lesson 5. What if everything you’ve learned about mindfulness has been missing many of the Buddha’s essential teachings? In this lesson, we’ll share and explore those authentic teachings. The Buddha used mindfulness on the night of his enlightenment, moving through deep states of concentration and insight, observing the mind, and realising the Buddha’s Dharma. In this lesson, you’re going to learn how to bring the Buddha’s Dharma mindfully into your meditation practice and daily life. You’ll discover authentic mindfulness in action—samprayāṇa (mindful application of effort), insight (vipassanā), paññā (wisdom), and being mindful of the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path in every moment. I can’t wait to share these profound teachings with you—see you in the lesson!

We also examine how mindfulness serves as a steady guide in the workplace—helping you navigate stress and overwhelm, handle challenging conversations with clarity, and overcome procrastination by understanding the roots of resistance. In this lesson, you'll discover Samatha meditation, the Buddha's foundational practice for calming the body and mind. This ancient technique is the missing key that prepares you for all deeper meditation practices and the tranquillity necessary for profound insight, healing, and transformation. Samatha meditation activates your body's natural relaxation response, moving you from stress and agitation into deep peace and clarity. Whether you're a beginner seeking mental calm or an experienced practitioner deepening your practice, Samatha provides the essential foundation for genuine meditation and lasting inner peace. Looking forward to sharing this with you. See you in the next lesson.
Lição 8
Mindfulness Of Breathing - The Path To Higher Wisdom
Have you ever tried anchoring your attention to the breath in the present moment, only to find it challenging and wondered if there's more to mindfulness than this? In this lesson, you'll discover the Ānāpānasati Sutta, the Buddha's profound teaching on mindfulness of breathing as a complete path to purification, concentration, and awakening. The Buddha taught that mindfulness of breathing is far more than simply staying present. It's the tool for calming the body and mind, the vehicle for deep contemplation and developing freedom from suffering. Best of all, Mindfulness of Breathing is the key to accessing the higher wisdom of your subconscious mind that opens the doorway to true happiness and a successful, fulfilling life. By practising Ānāpānasati, you'll discover how to use your breath to soothe your nervous system, cultivate joy and equanimity, and develop vipassanā, the profound clarity leading to the wisdom and freedom that creates lasting peace and genuine happiness. I can’t wait to share these profound teachings with you in the next lesson.
Lição 9
Mindfulness Of The Body — Using The Body As A Path To Deep Healing And Liberation
In this session, you’ll be introduced to Kāyānupassanā—mindfulness of the body—the first foundation of mindfulness in the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta. The Buddha taught that the body is not just a physical structure but a living record of our experiences. Through mindful awareness, we gain access to deep relaxation, emotional healing, and the wisdom held within our physical being. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to observe the body with gentle clarity, uncovering the tension, impressions, and stored experiences that shape your inner world. With clear teaching, you’ll discover how mindfulness of the body calms the nervous system, steadies the mind, and creates the right conditions for deeper insight. I can’t wait to share this with you. See you in the lesson.
Lição 10
Mindfulness Of Feelings - The Doorway To Emotional Freedom
In this lesson, we'll be exploring mindfulness of feelings (Vedanānupassanā), the second foundation of mindfulness in the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta. Much of our suffering comes not from feelings themselves, but from how we habitually respond. Pleasant sensations lead to grasping, unpleasant ones to tension or avoidance. Mindfulness of feelings teaches you to pause between what happens and how you react, opening a space for freedom. Vedanānupassanā provides us with practical ways to observe sensations in the body and identify feelings without immediately reacting. Over time, this practice supports emotional clarity, steadiness, and compassion, helping you meet life with balance rather than reactivity. Looking forward to sharing The Doorway to Emotional Freedom. See you in the lesson!
Lição 11
Mindfulness Of The Mind - Mastering Your Inner Experience
Welcome to Lesson 11. Today, we explore Cittānupassanā—mindfulness of the mind—one of the most transformative foundations of the Buddha’s teachings. In this lesson, you’ll discover how to observe your thoughts, moods, and mental states with steady awareness rather than being pulled into them. Instead of getting caught in restlessness, judgment, worry, or emotional turbulence, you’ll learn to recognise the mind simply as it is: sometimes calm, sometimes distracted, sometimes bright, sometimes heavy—all naturally arising and passing. Cittānupassanā teaches you to meet each mental state with curiosity, kindness, and clarity. As you develop this skill, mental agitation settles, emotional patterns soften, and spaciousness replaces reactivity. This is how the Buddha described freedom: the ability to know the mind clearly without being controlled by it. Looking forward to sharing Mindfulness of the Mind with you. See you in this lesson!
Lição 12
The Buddha’s Blueprint For Overcoming Mental Obstacles (Dhammānupassanā)
Welcome to Lesson 12. In this lesson, we arrive at the final foundation of mindfulness, Dhammānupassanā, and we deepen everything you’ve learned so far. In the previous lessons, we've explored the body, feelings, and mind states with increasing clarity. Now we take the next step: learning how to bring the Buddha’s Dharma directly into your moment-to-moment awareness. Dhammānupassanā is more than observing the mind. It is the practice of remembering and applying the Buddha’s teachings—such as the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path—right within your meditation and your daily life through the lens of wisdom. Dhammānupassanā becomes the doorway where mindfulness turns into insight, and insight turns into wise living and higher levels of inner peace and happiness. Can’t wait to explore these insights with you. See you in this lesson!
Lição 13
The Wisdom Of Kindness
In this lesson, you’ll discover how to awaken the radiant power of Mettā — the Buddha’s practice of unconditional loving-kindness. As you learn to turn kindness inward and then outward to others, you’ll begin to feel anger soften, fear dissolve, and the heart gently expand. Through this practice, you cultivate a warmth that protects the mind, heals old wounds, and brings a deep sense of emotional safety and inner joy. By the end of this lesson, you’ll feel more open, connected, and steady — perfectly prepared to deepen your awakening. I can’t wait to share this with you. See you in this lesson!
Lição 14
The Three Divine Abodes — Compassion, Joy, And Equanimity For True Liberation
In this lesson 14, we continue the Buddha’s heart teachings of Mettā and turn our attention to the remaining three Brahmavihāras: Karunā (compassion), Muditā (sympathetic joy), and Upekkhā (equanimity). Here, you’ll discover how these three qualities complete the Divine Abodes and how they work together to cultivate a heart that is open, steady, joyful, and unshakeable in all circumstances. We will also explore simple, accessible ways to practice each quality — meeting suffering with tenderness, celebrating the happiness of others, and resting in the wisdom of balance without clinging or control. As these practices deepen, they naturally transform the way you relate to yourself and all beings, opening the doorway to true liberation. I’m excited to share these profound teachings with you. See you in this lesson!
Lição 15
The Buddha’s Three Marks Of Existence: Why We Suffer And How To Be Free
Welcome to Lesson 15, where we’ll explore the Buddha’s Three Characteristics of Existence—the universal truths that explain why suffering arises and how freedom becomes possible. By understanding these truths, we can see more clearly why we struggle and how liberation is attainable. The first characteristic of existence is impermanence (Anicca), which reveals that everything—our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and circumstances—continually changes. Recognising this helps us loosen our grip on what cannot stay the same, opening space for greater ease and acceptance. The next characteristic of existence is Unsatisfactoriness (Dukkha) it shows us that clinging to what is temporary, or resisting what we cannot control, naturally leads to stress and inner struggle. When we observe this, we stop expecting the world to provide permanent happiness and begin to meet life as it truly is. The final characteristic of existence is Non-Self (Anattā). Anattā reveals that we are not a fixed, unchanging “self.” Instead, we are a flow of changing experiences. By seeing this clearly, we gain the liberating ability to grow, evolve, and release old patterns that no longer serve us. By connecting these three truths, you cultivate emotional resilience, reduce anxiety, and learn to respond to life’s changes with wisdom rather than resistance. I’m excited to share these profound teachings with you. See you in this lesson!
Lição 16
Dependent Origination: Seeing How Suffering Arises And How Freedom Begins
Welcome to this insightful lesson, where we will explore Dependent Origination, the Buddha’s profound teaching on how suffering arises and how freedom becomes possible. Dependent Origination shows that everything we experience arises due to conditions. Our thoughts, feelings, and actions are interconnected, and patterns of craving, attachment, and ignorance create cycles of suffering. By seeing these links clearly, we can understand why suffering happens and how to interrupt the cycle. Through this teaching, we learn: How ignorance leads to habitual patterns that generate stress and dissatisfaction. How craving and attachment keep us trapped in cycles of suffering. How mindful awareness, insight, and wise action can stop these cycles and create space for liberation. By understanding Dependent Origination, we gain clarity about the causes of our suffering, the conditions that sustain it, and the practical ways to cultivate freedom, peace, and joy in daily life. I can’t wait to share this with you. See you in this lesson!
Lição 17
Conscious Action: Using The Buddha’s Law Of Karma To Create A Better Future

You’ll learn how your thoughts, words, and deeds leave impressions that influence the life you create for yourself and others. By understanding karma, you can break reactive patterns, plant seeds of kindness and wisdom, and consciously shape a life of greater peace, joy, and freedom. Can’t wait to explore these insights with you. See you in this lesson!
Lição 18
From Mindfulness To Insight: Vipassanā Meditation For Lasting Clarity And Freedom
Welcome to this lesson on Vipassanā meditation, where you’ll learn how to cultivate deep insight and see clearly the patterns of your mind. Through Vipassanā practice, the Buddha invites us to observe directly the impermanent, unsatisfactory, and selfless nature of our experiences. By carefully watching thoughts, feelings, and sensations, we begin to notice how stress, anxiety, and habitual reactions arise. By using Vipassanā to explore the impermanent nature of all things (Anicca), the unsatisfactory nature of clinging (Dukkha), and the ever-changing self (Anattā), you gain profound insight into the causes of suffering. This practice empowers you to let go of worry, transform reactive patterns, and cultivate the wisdom that leads to lasting happiness, freedom, and mental clarity.
