* Students: Please bring a journal for notes and reflection, and wear comfortable clothing. If you are able, please also bring a foot rolling ball or a small towel that can be rolled up, as well as something that you can step on that has a texture, such as yoga mat, fuzzy bath mat, rough door mat.

-Proprioception and the body on ‘autopilot’ – observing musculoskeletal patterning
-Mindful movement and breath exploration emphasizing proprioceptive engagement
