You'll learn a tool for shifting your emotion from this state, to a new, more optimistic viewpoint.

This lesson will address the stress that happens when we feel like life is spinning out of control. When a lot of things are happening, and we feel like we're on an emotional rollercoaster. You'll learn what categories of tools work best for this sort of stress, and you'll learn a specific emotion-centered tool that works well to shift out of the stress cycle.
