The tool in this lesson will help you use a physical-centered tool to bring a soothing sensation to the body, and then the feeling of being soothed comes into your emotions, and your mind can release the replay process along with the stress over the situation.

In this lesson, we’re going to talk about the stress of not knowing what to do. This is when a decision needs to be made about something, and we feel a sense of panic because we are unclear on what the right decision should be. This is a very mental kind of stress. This stress responds well to physical techniques because they help change the stress-state directly, bypassing the mind and emotions, and then affecting them as the body relaxes.
