You've planned your whole day around this moment - bedtime. Your habits have stacked up and now it's time to wind down and rest. Even if you can't sleep, these moments can be gentle and restful.

Clay is a fountain of information. I am a night owl and have been trying to fit into the daytime world for 60 years. For the last 5 or 6 years , I’ve been blessed to have a job with shift work where I can chose the hours I prefer to work. This course has given me permission to be my own authentic self.
