In this introductory lesson, you'll learn how the mind forms stories and judgements around events. The nature of the mind is to categorize and label the qualities of what happens to us. The body responds to these labels. But, we can use this to our advantage.

In this lesson, you'll learn to take back control by asking one question. When you're worried about something, this one question will redirect your mind to a state of productivity. Feeling productive is empowering. Even when you can't do anything about the problem, this technique will help you feel empowered, which is the opposite of worry.

Effective Affirmations
Affirmations are often used to help gain or restore confidence. But, they often cause the opposite reaction because they are lies we are trying to get ourselves to believe. Not believing them makes us feel inadequate, and even ashamed. This technique will completely change your affirmations so that your mind can accept them, and they will work for you.

The Past is Imaginary
In this lesson, you'll learn how to reframe your understanding about a primary cause of suffering, and how to release it from your life. By practicing this technique, you will find yourself becoming more present, confident, and peaceful in each moment.
Lição 6
The Future is Imaginary
This lesson continues from where we left off in the last one. It will help expand this technique for you by showing you how your imagination creates the future by striving to imagine it. Once you recognize how this works, you can purposefully change the habit. Use this technique to shift your mindset and your future outcomes.
Lição 7
Tap it Out
In this lesson, you'll learn a simple and powerful technique to use your mind to re-associate a stressor with relaxation, instantly in the moment. This is a simple version of EFT, (Emotional Freedom Technique), which can be done anywhere, any time, to neutralize emotional or physical pain. Use these tapping points: Top of the head, inside, outside, the eyebrow, under the eye, under the nose, chin, under the collarbone, side of the palm on the pinky side.

Use Direct Inquiry to Feel Peace
This technique helps you realize the difference between YOU and your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Once you realize that you are not these things, you can use this amazing technique to reclaim your peace in just a few minutes. You can deepen your peace and reclaim your true identity by spending some time with this.
