Subdued Serentity — The Tree And The Storm
In this opening lesson, Oliver introduces the concept of "Subdued Serenity", maintaining calm in chaos. Much of our stress comes not from life itself, but from the way we react to it. When life gets tough, we often fall into negative narratives — “this is bad,” “this shouldn’t be happening” — taking us further away from peace and calm. In this lesson, we learn the importance of maintaining calm in chaos, with a beautiful tree visualization to help you to access this serenity within.

The Form Vs The Formless — Where Serenity Really Lives
In this lesson, you’ll explore something important: that there are two parts of your being, the form and the formless — and that serenity lives in the formless. Thoughts, emotions, and identity are constantly changing — this is the world of form. Beneath it, there is a quieter aspect of your experience: awareness itself. Oliver guides you to connect to this formless aspect of your being. Through simple explanations and reflective questions, this lesson introduces you to a pivotal perspective change.

The Water Analogy — Ripples & Waves
In this lesson, the analogy of water is used to explore the relationship between chaos and serenity in your life. You will be given the theoretical framework of water and how it symbolizes form in motion, your emotions, your experiences, your relationships, etc. Oliver then asks you reflective questions to help you investigate your relationship with life itself: Where are the "ripples" in your life? Where are your "waves"? And ultimately, Oliver guides you to utilize water as a fundamental symbol for returning to your baseline identity, which is serenity and stillness itself.

The TV — Remembering That You Are Serenity
In this lesson, Oliver uses the analogy of a TV screen to explore how we become absorbed in the stories and events of life. This powerful lesson includes both theory and a guided practice. Prepare to go on a journey of introspection on how you perceive life itself — an invitation to step back from the drama, and to reconnect to your deepest sense of self — your baseline state of being, the serenity upon which all life unfolds.

False Serenity
In this lesson, we explore the differences between true serenity and false serenity. We take a compassionate look at how we each tend to "cherry pick" the external world, isolating it down into segments— in an attempt to feel calm and serene. But this creates a short-lived, "false serenity" which blocks the flow of life itself. Here we learn the meaning of True Serenity, and how to practice it in day-to-day life.

The Path Of Serenity — Part A — Choice
Today, Oliver outlines the first branch of the Path of Serenity: Choice. Building upon everything we have practised so far, today's lesson is all about how we *choose* to engage with life — the world of form (our thoughts, reactions, and attachments). You are invited to explore how much you engage with life, how much you grip onto ideas/ expectations, and ultimately, you are invited to practice engaging less where possible. This is a gradual process, built through awareness and small shifts over time.

The Path Of Serenity — Part B — Identity: Remembering The Entirety Of Self
In this lesson, Oliver outlines the second Path of Serenity: Identity. As we have established, life is composed of movement, jobs, obligations, roles, relationships, etc. But this is not "who we are" in our entirety. It's not our "whole" being. The second path of serenity is a reminder to reconnect with another aspect of who we are — a deeper awareness that is ever present. Oliver invites you to incorporate more of this Self (with a capital S) into your life, gently stepping back from identification with form and embodying more calm stillness. This is a practice that we take day by day.

The Path Of Serenity — Part C — Lifestyle Choices & The Body
In this lesson, Oliver outlines the third Path of Serenity: Lifestyle Choices & The Body. As a functional wellness specialist, Oliver introduces you to the overall connection between body and mental state. You'll receive a broad, general overview of how the things we eat, the quantities, and stimulation vs sedation, as well as the basics of digestion, all have an impact on your mental/emotional state.

Let's Go To The Beach — Ocean Reset — Passive Recovery Day
By this point, you have worked very hard, there have been lots of self-study, reflection, integration, and new ideas. Today's lesson is an active rest & recovery day. All of the lessons so far will be integrated in a "trip to the beach" — allowing the ocean's waves to pass through our thoughts, emotions, and feelings — carrying them away, whilst you remain in stillness under the sunshine. You have worked very hard so far, and today is an opportunity to allow any accumulated tension to be released, resetting our energy levels before the final lessons.

Dissolve Limiting Core Beliefs - Find Peace Again
Today, we investigate the limiting core beliefs that may have been keeping us limited in mental/emotional chains. You will be gently guided through the mechanisms of how core beliefs are formed, and how the maintenance of these core beliefs is a huge tax on our sense of peace. You will be given the tools needed to gently begin living without these limiting beliefs, returning you to your organic state of openness, stillness, and serenity.

The Journey Into The Rainforest — Returning Home To Peace
In this final transformational lesson, you will take a journey deep into the rainforest, exploring both nature itself — yet more importantly — reconnecting with yourself. You will discover that deep inside the "jungle of life" — alive, buzzing and radiant — your true essence remains: stillness, power and serenity.
