Your goal is to reset your mind and set the tone for your week with a few simple breaths to help calm your nervous system and an intention for the week. You will need a light yoga block or book, a pen and notebook, and a comfortable place to sit.

Engage your body and mind with intentional movement; yoga! I will guide you through a series of yoga poses to release any tension in your body. Remember to breathe slowly and mindfully. The yoga poses will be followed by a meditation focusing on creating a calm, equal breath.

Prepare for the perfect balance to rest and reset. In this yoga nidra meditation practice, you can lie down on your yoga mat or even in your bed. If you fall asleep during this practice, no worries; you might need the rest. Yoga Nidra takes you into a state of conscious relaxation, where your body gets the deep rest it craves while your mind stays calm, helping to reduce stress and anxiety in your nervous system.
