This final module brings everything together by helping you form a new, embodied relationship with your story. Letting go doesn’t mean erasing the past but loosening its grip and reclaiming your energy. With a closing practice of reflection and grounding, you’ll leave with tools to continue this journey of presence, compassion, and emotional freedom in your everyday life.
