This 7-day course offers a gentle, trauma-informed introduction to inner child work — the process of reconnecting with the younger parts of yourself that may have felt unseen, unsupported, or misunderstood. Through daily guided practices and reflections, you’ll begin to meet your inner child with kindness, build trust, and offer them the care they may have needed long ago. Each session includes a short educational introduction followed by a guided meditation or visualisation. Across the week, you’ll learn how to offer your younger self comfort, protection, daily connection, and boundaries — and begin cultivating a more compassionate relationship with yourself. You don’t need to have done any inner child work before. This course is suitable for beginners, especially those who’ve experienced trauma or disconnection and are seeking a soft, nurturing path to healing. By the end of the course, you’ll have: Met and connected with your inner child Identified unmet needs and survival strategies Practised becoming the safe, steady adult they can rely on Learned how to include them in your everyday life Taken meaningful steps toward reparenting with compassion and care This is not a quick fix. This session helps you recognise the subtle (and not-so-subtle) strategies your younger self developed to stay safe — from people-pleasing to over-functioning. With warmth and understanding, you’ll begin to see these patterns not as flaws, but as intelligent adaptations that once served a purpose.

Becoming The Safe Adult
Today’s practice invites you to step into the role your inner child may have longed for — a steady, caring adult who offers protection, warmth, and presence. You’ll begin to embody this safe internal figure, offering reassurance not just through words, but through felt experience.

Daily Connection And Small Moments of Care
This session explores how to bring inner child work into daily life through small, consistent gestures of attention. You'll learn how to weave moments of connection into everyday routines, helping your inner child feel seen, included, and cared for — not just in quiet reflection, but in motion and ordinary moments.

Boundaries, Limits And Standing Up for Them
In this session, you’ll explore how to honour your inner child’s needs by becoming their advocate. Many of us had early boundaries ignored or overridden — and part of reparenting is learning to say, “That wasn’t okay.” This practice guides you to connect with your inner child, recognise where limits were crossed, and gently begin to offer protection, clarity and care from your adult self.

A Bond That Lasts
In this final session, you’ll affirm the connection you’ve built with your inner child. Through guided visualisation and gentle reflection, you’ll create a shared inner space of safety and care — a place you can both return to. This is not the end, but the beginning of an ongoing relationship rooted in trust, protection, and love.
