This session focuses on the idea of duality based on the poem by Kabir, "Chalti Chakki Dekh Kar, Diya Kabira Roye," in which Kabir expresses his feelings after witnessing the working of two grinding stones, which symbolise the dualistic nature of the world.

In this session, we will be exploring Kabir's poem, "Dukh mein simran sab kare, sukh mein kare na koye," which highlights the importance of awareness and remembrance of our true self in all aspects of our lives, not just when we are experiencing difficult emotions. The purpose of this session is to cultivate a sense of acceptance and peace in both joy and suffering, and to encourage a consistent awareness and devotion to our spiritual practice, no matter what life may bring.
