In our second session we explore the canvas on which all of creation unfolds - Ain Sof - or "no-thing-ness," and map it in the body in the invisible sefirah called "Daat." In this way, we begin our exploration of the dimensions of mind in the Kabbalah of the Body.

In this third class of "Kabbalah of the Body" we meet the upper "Mind" trio of Keter, Chochma and Bina and consider how the lenses we use to view the world impact the way the world seems to us. Holy Blessed One
In this, our 4th session, we arrive at the hub of our wheel, the Sefira on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life known as Tiferet. In one way or another, our next five sessions will all connect to this central Sefirah, through which many of the 32 energy channels mapped in on the Kabblistic Tree of Life pass.

Threads Of Love
This class explores the beautiful Kabbalistic teaching that the fabric of our world is woven with threads of love. Hesed is the embodiment of divine unconditional love calibrated to the energetics of the earth plane.

Powerful You
In this 6th class of the Kabbalah of the Body, we explore the delicate balance between empowerment and more rigid expressions of power that are a part of Gevurah. In Kabbalistic tradition, in addition to being a facet of Divinity, Gevurah is also the seat of evil manifest reality which we explore in our Insight Timer course, The Dark Side.

Kabbalistic Ego
In this class, we explore the kabbalistic dynamics of ego that serve to protect our separate sense of self as expressed by the dynamic tension between the Sefirot of Netzah and Hod, and build strategies to master these lower parts of ourselves rather than allowing them to master us.

Holy Yearning
In this penultimate class on the Kabbalah of the Body, we meet the sefirah of Yesod. Yesod is the interconnective tissue that joins and motivates the flow that is the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. In this class, we make the radical claim that yearning, even sexual yearning, is Divine.

Everywhere, Divine
It might have been possible to learn the entirety of the Kabbalah of the Body only by exploring the inner workings of the last sefira Malkhut/Shekina. Similar to colloquial notions of Mother Earth, in this class we explore a world full of divinity.

Guided Introduction To The Kabbalistic Tree Of Life
It is our bodies more than any ancient text or tradition that serves as our primary teacher in the Kabbalah of the Body. Use this guided meditation to feel the Kabbalah of the Body from the inside and integrate the teachings in this course.
