As an observer of children, (a children observer) including myself, I have always noticed that I was different compared to other children. Children do not all function in the same way; some children exhibit different behaviours and personalities. Some are outgoing and sociable, while others prefer to keep to themselves. Some children learn quickly and easily, while others need extra support and assistance. These differences are not just limited to personality and learning styles but also extend to neurological differences, Nervous System differences.
Neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals
Neurotypical individuals are those who have a "normal" neurological development, and their behaviour and learning are in line with what is considered "normal" or "average."

Father And Mother Wounds Amplified
We are the mirror of what we received. We are the product of our conditioning. The relationship with our parents/ education figures created the mould for our life. We can either emulate them or become the magnet that attracts the same relationship dynamic over and over. So if we had a healthy relationship, we will emulate and attract a healthy way of being and have healthy relationships with the self and others. Instead, if we were exposed to toxic behaviours and limiting beliefs we will emulate toxic behaviours or attract toxic relationships with the self or others.
As children, we are like sponges. We absorb all that we are exposed to and our parents are the product of their parents, and so on.
The Mind is conscious and unconscious ( children function through the unconscious)
That is why it is called generational trauma because parents pass on generation after generation their spiritual wounds; in other words, their dysfunctional behaviours.

The mother figure and female energy in our life teach us about emotions, it teaches us to accept them and face them, in their dark and light side; female energy shows the portal to creativity, magnetism, Sacredness, sensuality, magic, and alchemy, death, pain, destruction, sacred rage, pain, grief, birth etc..
D.F. energy is associated with chaos, the moon, the night, death, passivity, mystery, sinuosity, rage, pain, struggle, mutation, receiving, creating, etc...
Love and rage, pain and bliss. It is a thin line between madness and genius. Women receive the semen and in the cosmic womb we mix it up, we mix the potions and we create life, we are the being most close to God's ability of creation.
Sacred feminine energy is like the ocean, like water.

Chaos and the abyss of the sea are its home. F.E. is familiar with different states of being and shifting between dark and light, without ego attachment, it is a skill we can master.
The F.E. ( Feminine Energy) does not chase or fight; F.E. moves with ease and grace, and it won't allow abuse or mistreatment. F.E. teaches others how to treat her, and F.E. knows how to attract new timelines through its sacred power of presence and focus.
People's opinions do not move her; F.E. knows her value and how much the universe deeply loves and nurtures her unconditionally.
F.Energy holds high self-esteem and high standards. D.f energy is capable to destroy or elevate.
F.E. fears no competition. Competition is not nonexistent in F.E. Every person will magnetize exactly what they need in life.

-silenced, with low self-esteem, forced to dim her light and keep her head down.
Or in the opposite manifestation:
showcasing :
- Narcissistic tendencies, prone to be controlling and manipulating, competitive, ego-centred, looking for security in the material world ( materialistic) compulsion of controlling people's actions or outcome of situations.
associating her worth with how much she makes, or how much she can produce or give
- hyper-independency or bossy traits ( pushed in her masculine energy)
- fear of vulnerability, hyper-defensive, anger, resentful, hypervigilant.

The Sacred Masculine Energy Is A Powerhouse
Masculine energy is structure and safety. It's strength and willpower, it knows no fear and takes accountability for its actions and words. It’s assertiveness, confidence, and honesty. It's comfortable in shedding its ego and transmuting from past mistakes; comfortable with loneliness. Masculine energy is like the power of the Sun: The Divine Spark of action, presence and observation! Protection, stability, safety. It's the hunting and the giving, it's the structure and logic, expression, leadership, force, strength, passion etc..
It's pure, powerful Love that protects and guards feminine energy within and outside the self. It won't tolerate toxicity from the self or the outer world. This energy shows us how to make peace with the darkness, vulnerability and heavy emotions. It made peace with its feminine side and looks forward to worshipping its own healthy feminine energy inside and outside the self.

The Shadow Aspects Of Masculine Energy
The shadow aspects of Masculine energy can manifest on one side of the spectrum or the other, so it can manifest with fathers that were too alpha or too beta.
From controlling, aggressive, angry, forceful, overcritical, emotionally immature, too fearful of deep emotions and vulnerability, judgemental, zero tolerance for emotions, sensitivity (not protective but threatening) to the opposite, too fearful, with low self-esteem, absent, passive, easily manipulate? manipulator / manipulative, too weak and submissive, forced to dim their light and afraid to stand in their power, fearful to be perceived as a threat or danger.

Society Conditioning On Genders
This is not sex associated, We have to feel ok with our masculine and fem energy
Removing judgment triggers resistance and resentment.
we all have those two energies within us, we are meant to make peace with those two energies, be comfortable in them, and allow them to be expressed safely, in the percentual that is good for us.
( men that are at peace with their fem energy or women explain)
The issues you have with people of the opposite sex, are the issues you have with your opposite energy. ( Men have an issue with girls because they have issues with their feminine energy, and vice versa for women, or in general people that have an issue with their biological organs, have an issue with their energy and their own body.

How Do We Heal?
How do we know our wounds are still open and attracting the same energy?
You need to understand that we have lots of trapped pain, grief, sorrow, resentment, shame and anger from those dysfunctional relationships we endured in our childhood.
We try to numb, repress or run from those feelings using coping mechanisms. In other cases, we either mirror and emulate the toxicity we endured, or we attract the same energetical (familiar) drama to us to perpetuate the experience of those unhealthy family dynamics.
(example of father-mother dynamic)
We are still wounded when:
- we judge and blame others for our situations (I'm like this cause of my mother, my fathers etc.)
- we still react and get severely triggered by our parents or certain events.
Ps: Our parents can't change because they are incapable of changing, but we can change by learning to respond not react.

The Principle Of Gender (The Seven Laws Of The Universe)
The law of gender is one of the seven hermetic principles that govern the universe. It states that everything in the universe has both masculine and feminine qualities and that these qualities are necessary for creation and generation. This law applies not only to physical objects but also to thoughts, emotions, and spiritual energies.

The Goal Is To Feel Safe In Our Masculine And Feminine Expressions
Females tend to lean into masculine energy when they have to be the men they needed and they did not have in their life, they had to defend themself work hard and learn to achieve in order not to be in the street because nobody protects them, so they got comfortable with the power of being dangerous and always in defence mechanisms.
Or they can refuse masculine energy in them, and be overly in their feminine, avoiding actions structure and rage and suppressing those sides of themselves to please and be accepted, suppressing healthy anger and hiding their child-like essence.
Men learn to fear and suppress their feminine side because is considered weak, so they refuse their fem aspects, or the opposite they become to in their fem, not to be a threat to people and society, to people pleaser, head down.
