Today, we will explore anxiety through visualization and somatic therapy. We will tune into where we feel these emotions in our bodies. We will end with an emotional release practice to help you soothe and respond to worry and anxiety.

Embracing Anger & Frustration
Today, we're delving into anger and frustration. We'll look deeper into how to recognize these emotions when they arise so we can respond skillfully without repressing, resisting, or denying them. We will acknowledge, validate, and let go of our anger and frustration.

Releasing Shame
Today, we will explore shame, delving into its hidden depths and understanding its influence. After today's practice, you will feel valuable, worthy, and whole again. We will use visualization and free writing to release shame.

Embracing Overwhelm & Burnout
In today’s practice, instead of trying to avoid being overwhelmed, I invite you to face it with curiosity and kindness—approaching it without judging or interrupting, listening to what it says—and responding to it with tenderness rather than toughness. Today, you will embrace overwhelm and burnout in a new way. We will use visualization to experience and release overwhelm and burnout.

Today, we begin Part 2 of our course. In Part 2, we will discover practical and simple techniques to promote deeper emotional awareness and effective coping strategies. Today, we will focus on expressing the unexpressed by shifting our attention from our minds to our bodies and hearts. Please have colored pencils, markers, pens, and paper ready for today's activity.

Today, we are focusing on recognizing the physical signs of our emotions by being mindful of the specific sensations, images, feelings, and thoughts that come with intense emotions. This helps us understand how our emotions are closely linked to what we feel in our bodies, and how our thoughts can both influence and arise from our feelings.
