Rewire Your Thoughts
From our previous session we explored the power that our beliefs have in shaping our thoughts, emotions, and reactions. Let’s explore this through a contemplative practice where we can ponder and receive insights into how your personal beliefs have been hindering or advancing your perspective on life and how you navigate it. Please have a journal, or pen and paper for today’s practice.
We explore these questions:
-Is the “you” that you believe that you are, your thoughts?
-What is one thought pattern or response that you want to rewire? What would you rewire it to?

Unveiling Our Perceived Reality
Perception is the stories we tell ourselves about reality. Our perceptions shape how we react and respond to the world around us. Investigate cause and effect with our thoughts and experiences, and how we can take back some control in our lives.

Through our contemplation you will touch in on your perceptions and their validity and power over your life.

Emotions Unmasked: How Beliefs Shape Our Feelings
Emotions and feelings are instigated by beliefs and thoughts. You have creative control of your beliefs by utilizing your thoughts as a catalyst for change. Shifting your emotional landscape can be easier when we have our mind on our side, working towards greater ease. Understanding the relationship between mind and emotions and feelings may calm the storms of your everyday life and your reactions.

Transforming Emotions
Challenge your beliefs and your views on the interconnectedness of thoughts and feelings. We will use contemplation to gain useful clarity on how your thoughts affect how you feel. Please have a journal, or pen and paper for today’s practice.
Today’s reflective questions are:
-Are my emotions individually arising as separate from my thoughts?
-What belief is underlying my emotion?
-What is a more empowering belief I want to replace it with?

The Mind-Body Connection
Learn about the many hats that the brain wears in regards to our body. Questioning which hats are necessary to survival, and which we can retire. Our thoughts impact our physiological processes, this means we can affect our health by shifting our relationship with our thoughts. We begin to bring light to the narrator of your story.

The Inner Narrator
In our contemplative practice we will find greater insight about your inner narrator. How is your life being affected by the way you are narrating your life experiences? Please have a journal, or pen and paper for today’s practice.
We will look at the questions:
-Do I need to narrate my life in my thoughts?
-Is it possible to stop my inner narrator?
-What would happen if I allowed myself to just be, to just experience, without needing to have an opinion about it?

Overcoming Mental Barriers
Our minds are jam packed with excuses and reasons to leave the mind in charge and running 24/7. This creates barriers to thinking the positive thoughts we desire, and living the life we are called to live. It occupies our energy, time and resources by creating anxiety, stress and fear. We can take back our personal power and release control of the mind by using acceptance and power. Both are needed in this life, yet they are polar opposites. We know that the mind is the one who creates our suffering. How can we put the mind in check to end our suffering? Let’s explore this today.

Acceptance And Allowing
Following our ninth session talk on how to overcome negative thinking cycles, I will share a method for acceptance today in our practice. Please have a journal, or pen and paper for today’s practice.

Aligning Your Mind From Enemy To Friend
Shapeshift negative thoughts into positive ones. We will begin to deepen our understanding of brain labeling and judgment and the suffering that it creates. Utilize the plasticity of the brain to create outcomes and perceptions that benefit your life.

Dropping The Labels & Stopping Thoughts
We look more deeply into labeling and judgment. Do you notice how your mind constantly labels your experiences? We will explore how we can overcome the labeling and judging mind by using the power of thought to cease thoughts.

Silencing The Mind
Today we use labeling as a tool to move into a space of silence in the mind. A space where you can move out of thoughts and into being.

Can I stop my thoughts and just be?

Freedom From Identifying With Your Thoughts
This session is a fully contemplative practice. You will be delivered mind bending questions in hopes to shatter old notions about what the mind and our thoughts actually are. Forging you on a path to greater self discovery into your true self. Away from identifying with your thoughts and beliefs, and into a journey of investigating who you really are.

Conscious Awakening Beyond Thought
In our final sessions we move beyond thought into the depths of our consciousness to discover what is there. Removing thoughts, emotions, even our physical self, may bring us to a deeper understanding of our true nature. Explore this space to shift your consciousness into awakening.
Lição 17
Becoming Aware Of Your Awareness
You are ready to become aware of your awareness when you are ready to end your suffering. Moving beyond the mind and thoughts opens the doorway to experience your true self, your awareness or the one who is aware of your thoughts and life. In this final practice you will be given the opportunity to connect with your awareness and become conscious of your consciousness.
