On Day 4, students will explore gentle somatic movements combined with mindfulness to release tension, restore energy, and support emotional balance. This lesson guides participants step by step through accessible exercises that can be done sitting or standing, helping them connect with their bodies, calm the nervous system, and integrate the tools from the previous days into a practical daily routine.
