Rachel Zinman is a renowned yoga teacher, writer, and speaker with over 35 years of experience in the field. She is the director of Rachel Zinman Yoga and Sundaram Online Ashram, which offers yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and trainings designed to lead yoga teachers and practitioners step by step to the total understanding of Self. Rachel started practicing yoga at the age of 19 and has since studied with many renowned teachers, including Alan Finger, founder of ISHTA yoga. She mentored with Alan Finger while living in New York from 2000-2004, which led to teaching in his studios for four years.
