In this module will discover three different types of meditations that will help you to live a life that's calmer and happier.

In this module, we explore the incredible power of exercise and working out in burning off cortisol and adrenaline, leading to a reduction in anxiety and panic. Many people think anxiety is purely a mental issue, but it's also a physiological one as well, so we need to treat the body in this process, and make sure it is fit strong, and there's not excessive adrenaline and cortisol in our body. In this module you will learn some specific tips and steps that can reduce anxiety and lead to greater calm and happiness.

In this module we cover the importance of stretching your muscles to reduce inflammation, tightness and tension. Studies have shown that yoga and stretching are one of the most effective things you can do to reduce anxiety and panic. Sleep is a powerful process for recovery. In our world today, sleep has been compromised as we seek more and more dopamine. In this module, we dive into the power of sleep and how to get a great night's deep sleep which leads to a life of deep calm. You will learn the key steps to sleeping well. In this module we explore what you can eliminate from your life to help reduce anxiety and panic. In the other modules, we added things into your life, this one, we are creating space by removing the clutter and irrelevance from your life. This is a powerful module, one not to be missed, as it has some key lessons that will bring more calm to your life.
