In this session, you will look at these benefits and then move through a meditation to solidify your nutritional goals.

The Mind Matters
The mind is the creator of our reality. It influences how we think and feel everyday. In this session, you'll explore the garden of the mind. You'll also be guided through a short gratitude practice to help shift your stress and bring you into the present moment.
Lição 4
Rest Is Best
Sleep is important for so many aspects of your life. In this session, you will explore the benefits of good sleep, and think about a few tips to include in your daily routine to enhance your sleep. By including sleep hygiene in your day, you'll set yourself up for a great night of rest.

Energy And Environment
Energy is the internal world within you, and the external environment around you. In this session, you will explore how your energy and your environment are connected.
You will then be asked to write about what gives you energy, as a pose to what takes away your energy.
Lição 6
Integration - Bringing It All Together
Throughout the last five sessions you've learnt about the five core pillars of holistic health. In this session, you'll reflect back on what you have learnt and explore ways to bring it all together. The pillars stand together to strengthen your overall health and to guide you into a state of wellness. Finish with a guided visualisation to meet the healthiest version of yourself.
