This lesson provides a brief overview of how the energies of crystals interact with us. We’ll look at just six varieties of them and their associations in order to provide a foundation for going forward with them and incorporating them into our daily lives.

This lesson takes a look at how to care for and work with your crystals. Just like us, crystals will perform optimally with a bit of understanding and care. By connecting with our crystals, we are able to better take advantage of their many benefits.

A Crystal Meditation

What follows is a meditation designed to allow you to experience a more spiritual or energetic connection to crystals. Before the start of this mediation, choose just one crystal that resonates with you. It can be one from the list of six or another of your choice. You can either have the crystal physically present with you or simply choose to see it with your mind’s eye.

Ethics apply to crystals, too—especially when it comes to how they are sourced. This lessons gives suggestions for questions to ask, as well as things to look for, when it comes to shopping for crystals.
