Why have we evolved to have emotions? What are our emotions trying to tell us in this moment in history? In today's session we will explore the neuroscience and psychology of emotions. In our meditation we will practice radical acceptance of body sensations, the precursor to acceptance of emotions.

Emotional Agility
Which emotions spur us into action and which stop us in our tracks? In today's session we will delve deeper into emotions, exploring the purpose and function of specific emotions and how they impact our motivation and energy. In our practice we will acknowledge how we are feeling about the environmental crisis, and you will be guided through a mindfulness practice designed to help you to validate, accept and allow your felt experience, helping it move through you more efficiently.

Knowing Grief
What is denial and how do you move past it? How does eco-anxiety and environmental depression relate to grief? Today's session will allow space for you to process your grief safely, freeing up internal space to gradually move yourself into acceptance.

The Neuroscience Of Positive Emotion
How important is positive emotion? It feels good, but does it have a greater purpose? Today we will explore the neurosceince of positive emotion and we will explore the hidden power that lies within happy and joyful communities. Our mindfulness practice today is designed to broaden your internal perspective, encouraging you to see things differently.

Connecting To Our Inner Nature
Is it possible to be happy and content now? However we find ourselves, in this very moment? In today's session we will move straight into a practice designed to help you to acknolwedge the freedom that lies in letting go of striving for external happiness, and instead explore the personal benefits of reconnecting and nurturing our inner nature.

Preparing Fertile Soil
Which thoughts lead to powerlessness and inaction? How might changing the way you think impact your motivation and sense of agency? Today we will explore the role that thoughts and beliefs play in moving us into action on the things that matter, or in keeping us small. Our practice today is a practice in oneness, designed to help you to dissolve any mental illusions that we are separate from nature.

Growing Roots
What is more motivating? Self-compassion or self-criticism? Can we create a collective shift with self-compassion? In today's session we will get to know our inner critic, and begin to learn why self-compassion is so crucial in creating a thriving inner and outer world. Our practice will connect us into our heart, alllowing space to try out some self-compassion for yourself.

Allowing Self-Belief To Flower
What is the definition of resiliency? How do we shake feelings of ‘not enoughness’ to use our voices and lead our communities? In today's session we will acknowlege the final road blocks to becoming more bold and confident in using our voices and speaking up about the things that matter. Today's meditation is a motivational practice in backing yourself.

What would your perfect earth look like? In our final session, you will receive a summary of the key ideas sown throughout this course and we will end with an envisioning of our perfect future; coming together to ideate, think big, and co-create a better world for ourselves and future generations.
