Hello, my name is Ewelina and I’m very happy to invite you to this life-balancing course! Through the power of yoga, Ayurveda, and mindfulness, we will work holistically on bringing more balance into your life.
In our first two days, we will dive deeply into all of the most important aspects of your life and see clearly where you need to bring more awareness. You will also connect to your dreams and design your manifestation plan to bring them into your reality.
On days three and four, I will introduce you to the foundations of Ayurveda. You will learn how to practically apply this ancient wisdom into your own life so you can better understand your body and mind, and following that, gain more balance and health.
Days five and six will be all about achieving a balanced mindset through the philosophy of yoga to take better control over your emotions, mind, and life.
On days seven and eight, we will step into your healing power, lying in breath, and meditation. By developing breath awareness and finding inner stillness, you can positively influence your mental, emotional and physical well-being.
On day nine, you will consciously design your own morning routine and your most efficient day structure.

Ewelina, as always, what a full, enriching, enlightening and powerful experience to have gone through this course. Thank you for sharing your passion with such integrity and commitment. This course, as do your live sessions, has helped me focus on what I already have in my life that is perfect and complete exactly as it is. It reminded me of the power of the 8 limbs of yoga, versus ruminating on the asanas I am currently not able to do. And yet, you helped me commit to what truly matters to me…. curiosity in life, emotional connection with others, spiritual growth, learning about spiritual growth and creating a life vision that is unique to me. The Ayurvedic practices are coming more slowly, for example, I am trying to start with a warm shower and slowly turn the knob to a colder tempurature. That feels like a solid, reasonable beginning. I’ve started to test oil pulling, and I have become aware of how my morning routine has become a bit sloppy (although I think when I was living in a healthy body it was too rigid). You reminded me of the importance of dreaming, of having and holding space for a clear vision of what I want for myself. The beautiful discovery was that my ideal day was full of simplicity, of stable energy, a strong body, time hiking the red rock in nature as a daily spiritual practice, quality time sharing meals with Matthew in nature, not in front of TV, reading nourishing and relaxing easy literature before bed, writing about the day… honoring the postive steps I took towards wellness and fulfillment and love, and also the places where I may have fallen short. In closing, I purchased an audiobook on Ayurveda for beginners online. It’s the first step. I have fear of too much hope for healing and crushing disappointment to be honest, but there is something in me that keeps going, keeps exploring options, keeps holding onto a vision for a life of health, vitality and LOVE. My dreams use to be so huge! And yet, I am realizing that is a phase of my life that is over, whether I was healthy of not. I used to tour the country with my theatre piece trying to lift the veil of shame and taboo around sexual abuse and eating disorders… trying to break through the ignorance of western medical practitioners, performing at conferences and making myself available for difficult, very personal questions. The work was full of heart, but exhausting to my mind, my psyche and definitely my body. And I was very often in flux, with no place to land/to ground as my home base. Now, I am 51 years old. I want my life with Matthew to be full of creativity and novelty and love, but honestly, not of hard hard work like that. We want life to be simple, sweet, full of nature, of art and of discovery, separately and together. I am ready for a more mature, quiet approach to service, empathy, compassion and love… first turned inward, then to the people closest to me and next to everyone I come in contact with in the world.
I have learned through all these self-care Ayurvedic practices that my life matters. That I am worthy. And I vow to keep my eye on the present, to try to continually refocus the lens on beauty, tenderness, kindness, softness and a gentle loving-kindness… in action off the cushion, not just in my individual spiritual practice. I vow to cultivate a life of love. Of care for myself. I know this is a life or death choice for me. I am not going to lie… I wish I learned this lesson an easier, softer way… but this is how it came to me. So I vow to open myself to it all.
All my love and gratitude to you Ewelina.
