Lição 1
The Perfectionist Mindset
We begin this 10-day journey together with Nicola, who explores the perfectionist mindset and how perfectionism can reveal itself in different areas of our life: work, relationships, parenthood, and even our spiritual practices. This session finishes with a guided practice that aims to bring light and softness to your entire being, encouraging surrender and letting go of those perfectionist tendencies.

Together with Sam, we explore how inadequacy is often the motivator of perfectionism and how this way of thinking can result in being risk-averse, procrastination, and a fear of failure. We explore a mindfulness practice with a heart-centered approach and ujjaji breathwork.
Lição 3
Inner Child Practice
Today we journey deeper. It’s time to expand our consciousness and explore perfectionism from a more ‘feeling’ place as we meet our inner child. Nicola guides you through a deeply soothing and comforting practice to heal the child within that feels they are not good enough unless they are perfect.

Hello, Self-Compassion
Let’s look at our inner voice in this session and encourage a more supportive self-talk with a parts therapy meditative practice. We investigate ‘the criticizer’ and ‘the criticized’ and wonder how to introduce an impartial mediator to resolve the anxiety surrounding negative thinking and perfectionism itself.

Transform Your Fears
Today we are courageously facing our fears with Nicola as we look at the science behind fear and explore the specific fears of the perfectionist. The guided practice in today’s session focuses on transforming the fearful part of you into something much more real and meaningful: love.

Future Self-Wisdom
Our practice in this lesson involves a future pacing visualization. We endeavour to surrender control and reach toward dissolving underlying fears surrounding not being good enough. The purpose of this practice is to release past limiting expectations and trust in a more optimistic future.
Lição 7
Freedom & Flexibility
In this session, Nicola introduces us to a simple yet powerful exercise based on cognitive behavioural therapy. Learning to challenge and reframe our unhelpful thoughts, we can shift from black and white thinking and instead choose to ‘find the grey’ and positively affect our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. We finish the session with a mindfulness practice which uses the affirmation ‘breathe and surrender’ to experience more freedom and flexibility.

Body Harmony
A deeply relaxing body scanning practice awaits you in this session. Our goal here is to move beyond a mind cycle of perceived failure into a space of self-care, surrender, and rest by focusing on deep body healing - something, us, perfectionists can avoid easily or feel detached from.

Soul Fulfilment
Today we are redefining success with Nicola and exploring what it truly means to be successful: to follow our purpose, our joy, and experience deep fulfilment on a soul level. Nicola guides you through a powerful mantra: ‘Om Shanti’, which translates to ‘peace of the world’. Allow the vibration of the mantra to touch your soul and invite into your entire being a deeply touching and sacred sense of peace and well-being.

Whole Heart Affirmations
Let’s end with a bang with some relaxing but empowering affirmations. We aim to build new thinking patterns that reflect surrender, self-awareness, forgiveness, acceptance, and self-compassion. These positive statements work on a subconscious level in a meditative state, allowing us to feel a sense of gratitude and certainty.
