In this session, we'll dive deep into the depths of food addiction; what it is, how it effects your relationship to yourself and others, the mind-body connection and the devastating power of shame and isolation. Uncover how to get out of the shame game and ways to identify what you are eating over to better understand what you are really craving.

Hungry for More: The 6 H’s of Hunger
The 6 H’s are the 6 components to fulfill your deepest hunger on all levels. In this session, you will learn about each of the 6 H’s and how to utilize them to find real fulfillment and the nourishment you’re craving. Before diving in, we’ll explore what it takes to engage on this journey, the commitment to yourself and the incredible payoff.

Heart Hunger
The most important relationship is the one with yourself, yet this is the one relationship often most lacking in kindness, compassion and love. In this session, you will learn how to turn over shame, self loathing and self deprecation to authentically and organically reconnect to your heart; i.e. yourself. The focus will be on getting to the root of addiction by learning to fill your real hunger for loving and accepting yourself no matter what you’ve eaten or done with food.

Hope Hunger
Perhaps you’ve felt hopeless around food, wondering if it’s possible to change your behaviors or feel good in your body. Through a guided assessment and process, you will see hope is possible. This session is all about the power of hope and believing you can heal and recover from your food addiction or food obsession.
Lição 5
Hugs Hunger
As human beings we are designed to crave, desire and need connection with others, be it a friend, partner, support group or even a pet. Often the hunger we are looking to satiate is deep and meaningful connection and intimacy. In this session, you will learn ways to fulfill the need to feel connected, supported and loved, starting with yourself but also with others (including pets and nature).

Healing Hunger
Many of us have learned to bypass uncomfortable feelings with food and other substances. You will learn how to feel to heal what is looking to be expressed and released in your emotional and physical body. This session will teach you about the emotional scale and how to use your feelings as a guide post for what needs more care, attention and love vs. turning to food for comfort. Learning to heal past wounds, forgive yourself, have compassion and feel worthy creates inner peace and calm, self connection and overall healing at a powerful cellular level.

Happiness Hunger
Life can feel stressful, mundane and lackluster. Food is often used to compensate with these feelings of lack and disconnection from inner joy and a sense of happiness. For many, food has provided a sense of happiness for so long that you are disconnected to what brings true happiness. Get ready to dive into happiness from a new lens and find out what brings you inner contentment and satisfaction, not related to overusing or abusing food.

Holism Hunger
As multi-dimensional beings, we are comprised of our thoughts, mindset, behaviors, beliefs and actions. In this session, we will dive into the mind-body and mindset connection with addiction and how to create positive self-talk, new beliefs and how to change the way you see your relationship to yourself, to food and your physical wellbeing. We will address the topic of weight loss and body wisdom from a new holistic lens as well as the real hunger for purpose and living in synch with your dreams and goals.
Lição 9
Intuitive Eating
We all have a natural and basic need for food and substance. Often it’s easy to make choices based on cravings, past triggers, what seems ‘good vs. bad’, familial history, current trends and being on autopilot. In this session, we will recreate your relationship to food, eating, nourishment, self care and intuitive eating; i.e. deepening your natural gut connection and intuition. We’ll also look at the physiological effects of some foods and the source of hunger, and how to change your perspective on healthy eating.
Lição 10
Fulfillment & Freedom
Embrace a new path of empowerment, self confidence, worthiness, intuition and wonderment in what’s possible for your life. In this session, we will explore your budding new relationship with yourself, and others, and how to continue utilizing the 6 H’s of Hunger with eating and caring for your whole self. This last session is the beginning of a new chapter to release weighted thoughts, beliefs, patterns, behaviors and anything that doesn’t serve you.
