The book of Zohar explicitly says that the whole of reality is built from the vibrational frequencies of the Hebrew letters. To be more specific it is written that everything is built from 3 letters that construct the divine name HAVAYA YUD - י, VAV, - ו HEY - ה. Every pattern, template, name or object was manifested using some kind of permutation of those 3 letters.

What was manifested within the consciousness of Adam during the first day of creation? The simplicity of the story tells us that the divine created the light, and God said: 'Let there be light.' Everything is created using a vibrational frequency of sound - by speaking and aligning our thoughts, intentions and our speech with divinity. Using the sacred code that is encrypted in the Torah we can unfold and reveal any specific reality into our existence, from the infinite possible realities that already exist within the conscious mind of the creator.
