A great introduction to Zen and Zen practices, also filled with insights on a broader practice. Silas is passionate and sincere, an inspiring teacher whose main wish is obviously to share, without any of the loftiness sometimes found in « spiritual » teachers. A true practitioner and Zen trainer !
