Lição 1
Easing Into Self-Love
A gentle 20-minute guided meditation to help you slow down to feel and connect to the sensations throughout your body. This helps you in getting out of your head and being present with what you are actually feeling. Through thorough relaxation of the body and stepping into the feeling part of being, we create grounds within of what it feels like to have self-love already.
Bathing in it as a reminder, leaving you feeling warm, soft, and inspired.
Within this meditation, I invite you to recall a memory where you felt self-love. If you feel that it is hard to decide on a moment, or that you haven't got any that you would call self-love, you can choose a moment when you expressed your inner Yes or No. A moment when you chose something for yourself. It doesn't have to be a huge experience, but small moments when you decided to do something for you - for example, even the moment you decide to take time to do a meditation for yourself is an act of self-love. We expand on such an experience within the body.

Journeying Into Acceptance
One of the biggest blocks to feeling full self-love is surrendering and accepting what is. So much of what keeps us from truly living in the present moment is this acceptance. When we get caught up in the stories of our mind that get stuck in either past or future-based thoughts, it is draining and can keep us from feeling the fullness of ourselves; locked in a struggle or judgments of what is considered ok to feel or not to feel.
This 16-minute meditation helps you tune into and grow the part of you that feels the spaciousness of acceptance. I invite you to let go of your perceptions and open yourself to new paradigms of compassion. To welcome what is actually happening in this very moment and feel how acceptance is experienced in your body.

Through The Eyes Of Love
Sometimes it can feel easier to give love to others instead of to yourself. Even if we know that our capacity to give love grows immensely and incomparably when we open ourselves to receive our own self-nourishing love. This visualization helps you see yourself through the eyes of someone who loves you.
When choosing a person, select someone you know that you experience unconditional love from or choose someone that you know shares unconditional love within your belief system, i.e. Jesus, Buddha, a goddess, etc.

This 10-minute meditation is about clarification. Coming to a sense of inner clarity and congruence towards the intentions you have for yourself. Instead of creating stories of the mind, clear the pulls that take you away from your sincerity and step into a deep feeling experience of your true intentions in the body.
This is a beautiful practice to repeat regularly throughout your days. To keep coming back to feel into your inner truth. Gaining a clearer connection to the signals your body sends you constantly.

This is a quickie visualization that cultivates and strengthens a magnificent bubble of self-love. A space that is always there for you to step into whenever you feel you need a little more self-love. The beauty is that the more you practice stepping into and feeling the sensations in your body that are created by the bubble - the stronger and easier it becomes.
It’s a beautiful practice that is so rewarding andnd it only takes five minutes.
