Through the power of breath you will learn a valuable, simple technique that you can do anywhere, anytime that you feel your stress levels rising. This technique will be a valuable addition to your pregnancy toolkit.

You’ve likely heard of ‘mother's intuition’. Perhaps you’ve experienced it from your own mother. There is a deep knowing and an enhanced intuitive ability that we mothers possess. This intuition is actually something that you’ve always had, but perhaps you weren’t always aware of how to access or trust. During this session we explore what intuition is and how you can tap into yours.

Connecting With Your Growing Baby
Bonding with your growing bun is a great way to begin to establish a relationship with your child. Research shows that babies in the womb have the emotional and intuitive capabilities to sense their parents' love. Babies in utero can see, hear, feel, remember, taste, and think before birth - according to research. Bonding with your bump is how babies learn, before birth, what the world is all about. It helps to form their personality development, as well as showing them that the world is safe and beginning to develop trust between the baby and the parents. In this session we’ll explore ways you can connect in with your baby each day.

Sleep During Pregnancy: Yoga Nidra To The Rescue
Creating a routine around bedtime and sleep can be a powerful way to encourage the best possible outcome for rest. Sure, you can’t really control your bladder and its sudden urge to pee multiple times during the night. But you can have an impact on the environment and ensure that no matter the disruptions and discomfort you’re faced with, you’ve established a space that feels calm and restful, so that at the very least you are resting in some way. Rest during pregnancy is so important for the health of the mother and baby. In this session we’ll explore sleep rituals and share in a yoga nidra practice. This practice is best done in bed to help you fall asleep.

Letting Go Of Fear
Fears during pregnancy are a very normal occurrence for most women. There are so many unknown and new things to process. Experiencing fear can also lead to an experience of anxiety. According to the Royal Womens Hospital in Australia, up to 30% of women will experience anxiety during pregnancy. This can show up as worry, stress, or feeling on edge, muscle tension, difficulty staying calm, trouble sleeping, recurring worrying thoughts that just won’t go away, or even panic attacks. In this lesson we will explore ways to cope with fear and anxiety as they arise.

Removing Judgement Of Your Body
Changes to your body are inevitable during pregnancy. No matter how fit you were before becoming pregnant or what shape you are naturally, your body will change. It’s growing life after all! It’s very easy to fall into the comparison trap when pregnant. Comparing yourself to other women who are perhaps carrying differently to you. Remember, comparison is the thief of joy. In today's session we will explore practices of kindness, compassion, and appreciation for our bodies and all that they do.

From The Maiden To The Mother
It is said that when a baby is born, so is a mother. The journey you are on right now through your pregnancy is a journey of letting go. Of shedding old ideas, attachments, stories, dreams, and desires and stepping into an entirely new version of yourself. During this session we explore the right of passage known as the transition from maiden to mother. Using a guided visualization meditation to have a direct experience with this powerful energy.

Discover Your Inner Goddess
Stepping into your power means releasing the ‘not enoughs’, the ‘can’ts’ and the doubts. This will allow you to step into your true self and power. The stories of not being good enough are simply that: stories. They are not who or what you are. They do not define you. Understanding this is vital to you stepping into your power as a woman and a mother. During this lesson we explore what it means to step into our true power as women and mothers.

Get Grounded
It’s quite typical during pregnancy to spend a lot of time in your head. There’s a very real force within us during pregnancy that suddenly makes us even more conscious of the future. With so many questions, concerns, and stories playing out, it can cause us to feel ungrounded. In this session we will explore simple grounding practices and a breath technique you can add to your toolkit.

In today’s session we will explore the source of your true power and knowingness: love. Through the process of letting go of control and attachment to outcome we begin to uncover the super power we have always had, our heart and our capacity to tap into its wisdom. To live from a space of knowing and deep trust.
