I liked this and found it valuable! Love the instructors voice, too!Some new concepts here that I enjoyed learning about. There are several biblical references I wasn’t necessarily expecting (maybe I missed that in the course description) and I appreciate learning from other cultures, beliefs, etc. and some of the quotes were more spiritual...

This course helped me discover parts of myself that I was not aware of. It gave me structure and guidance and helped build a better perspective about my relationship with food. I still have work to do, because eating is an everyday activity, but I do feel that this course was helpful.

Loved it! So many of these courses talk about Buddhism and Taoism deism the universe -Heather does discuss her strong faith in a living God and how it freed her from her weight struggles-ultimately! she also talks about legitimate brain retraining I highly recommend this course it changed me.
