This 10 day mindfulness-based yoga course is an invitation to listen deeply to the language of sensation inside your body. Day by day, you’ll experience the union of breath and body. As you drop into sensing, feeling and being you'll discover the joys of these simple yogic practices for the the body, heart and mind. Each session prepares the body to open to present moment awareness, and the course progresses from flowing postures to more restorative practices. Those doing this course can expect to see improved circulation throughout the body, reduced stiffness, and increased strength and flexibility.

Lição 1
Connecting With Breath & Movement
Yoga means union and today's sequence will encourage you to connect the length of your in breath and out breath with gentle movements in the body, particularly the hands and arms.
Lição 2
Finding Your Feet
In today's session you will learn to feel the connection to the earth through your legs and drop your mind down into the feet, transitioning your weight and strengthening balance and stability.
Lição 3
Neck Care Sequence To Release Tension
We often carry tension in the upper body from over thinking. In today's yoga sequence you'll learn to support the neck, shoulders and upper back, releasing tension also in the jaw and face.
Lição 4
Looking After Your Spine
Positioning the body on the hands and knees, today you will learn how to move your spine slowly, pumping fluid into the discs, supporting the nervous system and moving with awareness.
Lição 5
Supporting Internal Organs
In today's session you'll be lying on the side of the body with props to support the head, making slow movements, opening and closing the arms to gently twist and squeeze the internal organs to aide digestion and blood flow.

Feeling The Center Of The Body
In today's session you'll be lying on your back breathing, legs bent, and learn to extend your spine safely and open the heart, inviting aliveness and energy into the body. Investigate the feeling tone inside your body, one breath at a time.
Lição 7
Healthy Joints & Blood Flow
In today's session you'll be lying on your back as you start to invite various movements in the joints, paying attention to the shoulders, hips, knees and ankles. Allow your joints to move freely to encourage blood flow and maximise joint health.
Lição 8
Belly Breathing To Calm The Nervous System
In today's session you will be lying on your belly with props, and encouraged to notice the movements of the breath, particularly the out breath. Notice how various positions have a soothing and calming effect on the body, heart and mind.
Lição 9
Legs On The Chair & Centering Breath
In today's session your legs are placed on a chair or couch and the centering breath is invited to rest your attention inside your body breathing. This is a restorative pose to pour the energy back into the body, learn to rest and renew after a busy day.
Lição 10
Basic Relaxation Pose For Restoration & Ease
Today's session is a gentle body scan, beginning with a progressive muscle relaxation. Learn to invite ease with the out breath and then sweep the awareness through the physical body, dropping into stillness, sensing, feeling and being.

Thank you, Lisa! I really enjoyed the course and would welcome a 30 day one with more advanced poses, but these 10 days were a perfect intro. My previous attempts at yoga have been more like PUNISHING the body and breath with yoga LOL! ..but you made it all so easy and peaceful!

Great course for beg ya yoga practice or to revisit breath, body connection that is sometimes lost as we move along in a yoga practice. I will repeat to remind me to slowdown and breathe with my movements

For me, with multiple injuries, it was somewhat nerve wracking because I need an experienced close by to remind me how to position my body and avoid further injuries. Beautiful voice and lots of wisdom.
