The six stages of nutrition guide us to manage our health with awareness and in so doing balance the pH levels in the blood. An imbalance in pH results in too much acid in various systems. An over-acidic environment can result in fatigue, weight gain, physical aches and pains, mood swings, brain fog, allergies, skin rashes, asthma, excess mucous, yeast infections as well as illness and disease. With this in mind we will discuss various ways to alkalize the pH so that it can do it's job of stabilizing physical, mental and emotional health. The Fifth Stage Of Nutrition - Assimilation
In this lesson we discuss the role of essential fatty acids in the process of assimilation. Assimilation takes place when the membrane of the cell wall is relaxed enough for nutrients to pass through it. Along with natural fats, a balanced lifestyle, ie stress that is managed, will impact assimilation. We will discuss how to manage toxic thoughts which will support the pH level of the blood and thereby benefit the assimilation of nutrients into all cells of the body.

In this lesson we discuss the various ways the body eliminates waste and what symptoms show when this does not take place effectively. We look at the breath in the process of elimination and the foods that are most supportive for expulsion.

Honestly everything from Helen is gold, but WOW this was packed full of so much information that is beneficial and useful for anyone looking for better health or to stay healthy long term.
