It is in taking a fresh look at how we view our world and ourselves that we come to see that change is a constant and the routines we face can be transformed when we move into the present moment.

Here we explore what it means to become aware of the shifts that are occurring within us and our emotional states. We can move through life on autopilot and we cease paying attention to our own wants and needs. Yet if we take some time to connect with our breath and the moment we are in we can become attuned to our internal compass.

Breaking The Cycle: Why We Stay Stuck And How To Break Free
We may have changes we wish to make but we never seem to be able to achieve them. The reason this may be the case is that we spend so much of our time reminding ourselves constantly of who we think we are and what we think is possible for us. We need to loosen our attachments to our identities to open the door to change.

Every day we awaken to a new opportunity and a clean slate. We carry with us ideas about how we are and we remain loyal to those beliefs even when they don't serve us. In this lesson, we look at how we can choose any aspect of change that we desire and rewrite our stories in a way that serves us and fulfills our wishes.

Mindfulness: Slowing Down To See The Truth
As we have progressed we have witnessed through our meditations how slowing down and taking in the present moment allows us to become observers of our thoughts and emotions and enables us to cultivate the skill of not being so reactive. This empowers us to be able to continue on our path of change and not give up.

A New Beginning Every Day: Cultivating Lifelong Awareness
In this final lesson, we bring together all that we have learned and practiced. We see the power we hold that can be found in this present moment that we can access through our breath and our senses and we understand that we can redirect our brains to help support us in the changes we are making.
