If you have ADHD, staying organized can feel like an uphill battle.
Maybe you often feel scattered, overwhelmed, or frustrated with yourself for not keeping up even though you’re trying your best. This course is here to help.
This is a practical course and together, we’re going to walk through simple, ADHD-friendly routines that reduce stress, lower overwhelm, and help you feel more prepared and confident, without perfection, and without trying to do it all.
You don’t have to do this alone. I’ll be here as your body double, that means I’ll be guiding you step by step, helping you stay focused and motivated as we prepare together.
We’ll start with Module 1, where we set up for tomorrow so you can wake up feeling ready.
Then we’ll move into Module 2, where we reflect on your day, celebrate wins, and gently plan your next small step.
These routines aren’t about being perfect or doing everything right, they’re about creating small moments of care and preparation that help you feel calmer, clearer, and more supported.
