Kinesiologist Helen Hansen specialises in meridian therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Helen has many successful courses here on IT, including: 'Acupressure for Blood Pressure', "The Five Elements of TCM", and 'Emotional Balancing with Bach Flowers'.

Lição 1
Letting Go, Heartbreak, Self-Esteem
In this lesson, the theme is relationships, with others and the self. We work with the points of the Lung, Pericardium, and Spleen meridians. Supporting plants are Honeysuckle, Walnut, Star of Bethlehem, Sweet Chestnut, Crab Apple, and Larch. Lição 2
Stress And PTSD
In this lesson, we engage with the stomach, pericardium, and bladder meridians. Related points are St6, PC 8, Bl62. The supportive plant medicines for all of these points are Rock Rose, Mimulus, and Clematis.
Lição 3
Lightness, Calmness, Compassion, Balanced Emotions
Now we are working on The Buddha's Triangle, which is comprised of Lung 9, Heart 7, and Pericardium 6. Let's use intentions while working with these points: "I welcome in calm, compassion, a lightness of spirit, and balanced emotions". The supportive plants are Impatiens, Gentiana, and Agrimony.
