Hello,
Welcome and congratulations on making the decision to enhance your golf game by becoming a phenomenal golfer.
For the next few minutes all you need to do is relax and listen.
Let's get started.
Make yourself comfortable by laying down or sitting in an open position with your hands and feet not quite touching.
Start by taking a few deep breaths to relax and release any tension you may be holding in your body.
As you take your next deep breath with your chin remaining level,
Look up as high as you possibly can as if you are looking up into your own eyebrows as you continue breathing slowly and hold your eyes that are focused on a real or imaginary spot overhead as you begin to feel a fluttering feeling in your eyelids that is the burst of rum putting you into a perfect highly suggestible brainwave state where you can now do the work towards becoming a phenomenal golfer.
On your next exhale close down your eyelids and let your eyes just go wherever they are most comfortable.
You can forget all about your eyes for now because a fluttering feeling is the first sign that you are responding and that is perfect.
Just allow a drifting floating feeling to develop in your body.
You should be in a relaxed open and aware state aware of your surroundings but with your conscious mind in a temporary state of lowered awareness as you communicate directly with your subconscious mind towards your goal of becoming a phenomenal golfer.
Just let your chin drop down a little bit so you get that looking down feeling you have when looking over a balcony or at the top of a flight of stairs.
As you picture yourself at the top of a staircase with just 10 steps you feel the muscles and nerves in and around your eyes are becoming heavy,
Droopy,
Drowsy.
Your eyelids are starting to feel as if they have been glued shut,
Sealed shut,
Locked tight.
And now you are moving on to step 10 as each muscle,
Each nerve turns loose,
Lets loose and you go deeper.
You are taking step 9 and you can see your feet,
Hear your feet,
Even feel your feet making contact with every step as you go deeper,
Drift deeper,
Sink deeper.
You take step 8 going deeper into an awareness of yourself.
You are taking step 7 drifting way down deeper.
You are taking step 6 and you are drifting deeper with every sound you hear.
Every sound and noise and movement around you are carrying you deeper,
Further into your subconscious.
You are taking step 5 and you are half way down and with every step you go 10 times deeper.
You take step 4 as every muscle,
Every nerve turns loose,
Lets loose and you go deeper.
You are taking step 3,
Just go deeper,
Drift deeper,
Sink deeper.
You are taking step 2 as you go deeper and deeper into an awareness of yourself.
And you are taking step 1,
Just sleep deeply.
And of course you are not going to sleep,
You are in a highly suggestible state which is simply a sleep of the nervous system.
You are going deeper,
Drifting deeper,
Sinking deeper.
So just go deeper and deeper and even deeper still.
So as you go deeper into a completely relaxed state,
As you go deeper into an awareness of yourself,
I want you to understand something important.
Every decision we make,
Every action we take is linked to a belief that we hold about ourselves.
Our beliefs can stop us from taking the technically difficult shot we know we can make because of a lack of confidence,
But that is only a limiting belief.
Fortunately we also own a range of fantastic and powerful beliefs.
These are the ones that help us push through,
Move forward,
Achieve amazing scores.
They allow us to lower our handicap,
They help us make technically difficult shots and cope with hazards or other situations that we never thought we could until we successfully accomplished it.
This is just as true for pro golfers as it is for you.
In the next few minutes you are going to reconnect with your positive beliefs and make them stronger.
They are more easily available at a moments notice and they will feel more naturally a part of you.
They are already within you,
You are simply taking the initiative to strengthen those neural pathways so as soon as you step onto the course your mind already automatically knows you are going to have the best game of your life.
And the best thing about this is you can always have another best game of your life because you are well on your way to becoming a phenomenal golfer.
You have an unshakable belief in your skills and your knowledge knowing you will always make the best decision,
You will always take the best shot for the situation and you will always remain calm especially when the wind does something unpredictable.

You especially make time and concentrate on enhancing the skills that will specifically level up and tend time your game.
Because you are a phenomenal golfer you intuitively and completely know what these skills are and you never miss an opportunity to learn and improve.
You love the challenge of the game but you now play golf with such a calm assurance that your enjoyment outpaces any negative words or concerns from any of the other players.
Because you are a phenomenal golfer you easily brush off or ignore any negativity or perceived missteps.
You can smile to yourself in these situations because you know you have a secret weapon on your side and you also know your mind is the most powerful supercomputer on the face of the planet and you now know how to control it.
In the game of golf your mind is the most important thing but it's much better if your body is also performing in a peak state so you are now going to take some time to ensure your body can keep up with your phenomenal mind.
You came onto the planet with a perfect body.
Every cell,
Every muscle,
Every organ,
Every nerve,
Every tissue,
In fact every single system was perfect.
Your physical body was perfect and you had ultimate and complete self-confidence in yourself and your physical body's capabilities.
You understand that there is a network of intelligence which is completely influenced by your mind and every cell in your body is connected to this network of intelligence.
As you hear my voice you are able to drift back,
To go back,
To travel back,
To a time when your body performed at a peak state at all times.
You connect at a deep level where you can communicate with your own DNA.
You're communicating on this deep level where you can tap into the networks of your body where you can reprogram yourself cell by cell back to your original perfect blueprint.
You can easily tap into this network and make your body perfect.
You can make it extraordinary if you so choose and you absolutely and without hesitation choose to make your body extremely fit and healthy.
You came onto this planet and you were perfect.
Your nervous system,
Your immune system,
Your digestive system,
Your metabolic system,
Your skin,
Your hearing,
Your eyes,
Your memory,
Your concentration,
Your focus,
Even your body's ability to heal and repair itself.
In fact every part of your body was perfect.
Every system was perfect and your mind never forgot what that looked like.
Your mind can remember what it was like when everything worked perfectly and as your mind remembers this perfect blueprint it is absolutely able to recreate it,
To regenerate,
To manifest it,
To rebuild it.
I'm commanding,
Compelling,
Directing,
Instructing every part of your body to function perfectly and properly just as nature intended and as I speak your brilliant,
Brilliant subconscious mind is going back and restoring and resetting every system in your body so it functions optimally at all times.
These words stay with you and your body continues to restore itself back to its original blueprint so you can perform at your peak,
On the golf course and off.
Your body is perfectly suited for the game of golf so as soon as you walk onto the course your muscles relax into a perfect state of awareness.
You're perfectly in tune.
Because you are a phenomenal golfer you easily drop into the zone while playing around.
You are dedicated to improving your golf game and now that you understand that your subconscious mind is helping you enhance your game both mentally and physically you can relax and focus on what needs to get done in the rest of your life so you can get onto the course as soon as you can.
With every golf game you find yourself enjoying the process more and more especially as you see your game improve every time.
You look forward to new challenges because you know you got this and you're well on your way to becoming a phenomenal golfer and that is a major accomplishment something you rightfully feel happy excited and proud about.
Each game is a treat that you relish and you know that any perceived setback is only a welcome learning opportunity.
Your rhythm and pace of your golf game is relaxed because you remain in the zone but if you happen to follow all of it for just a second you easily and without effort are able to move back into the zone without barely even thinking about it.
