Sweet 가장 Do you consider yourself to be a part of the world around you?
Or do you feel that you are separate from this world?
Sometimes you may feel that we are not connected to and a part of the world around us.
The truth is that we humans and all living things are a part of the great wholeness of creation.
We are one with all things.
We belong here just as the river,
The tree,
The mountain,
The sunset belong here in this paradise that we call home.
Feeling separated from nature can produce anxiety.
If we feel that we are in conflict with the world rather than in harmony with it,
It will be difficult to find peace and serenity.
Tonight we will be aligning ourselves with the flow of life and the flow of energy that we are all a part of.
Begin by relaxing your toes and your feet.
Feel the sensation of blissful relaxation in that part of your body.
Let that pleasant sensation travel up through your feet,
Your legs,
Your torso is very relaxed,
Your shoulders,
Your arms are tingling with comfort and relaxation,
Your hands and your fingers,
Your neck is relaxing even more deeply,
Your head,
Your jaw,
Your face,
Breathing,
Breathing deeply.
If there is any part of your body that is in a healing state,
Send some energy of love and gratitude to that part of your body.
Thanking it for its loyal service,
Providing it with energy,
The nutrients that it will use to restore balance.
Breathing deeply.
Imagine that you are standing on the bank of a forest stream.
You feel the wet soil under your feet.
The ground you are standing on has new sprouts of grass poking up through the soil.
You feel the clear air of the forest caressing your face.
The cold sunlight streams through the forest canopy above you.
You gently step into the crystal water.
It's cool and inviting and pleasant against your skin.
Now you are swimming in the water.
You roll onto your back and you find that you are perfectly buoyant.
You are gently floating with the current of the stream under the canopy of trees.
You feel perfectly safe,
Comfortable and at home.
Your shoulder ее Now your awareness begins to expand beyond the boundary of your physical body to include the water in the stream.
You become aware of the currents in the stream,
The rocks in the water,
And the banks of the stream.
Now you become aware of the roots of the plants and trees that are growing in the damp soil nearby.
And you realize that what comprises you is not just your body,
But the world around you as well.
The air,
The land,
The mountains,
The oceans,
The sky,
All of the animals,
The fish in the sea,
Are all a part of the whole of life,
Just as you are.
As you become aware of this,
You feel a perfect sense of balance and oneness with all things.
Breathing deeply and slowly,
You realize that all is well.
All is in perfect flow,
Just like the water in the stream.
Always changing,
Always moving,
Always rebalancing in new and perfect ways.
And you surrender to the flow of life,
Knowing that you are not in control and that nature is perfect,
Whole,
And complete,
Just as it is.
From the stars in the galaxy,
To the leaves on the tree,
To the cells in your body.
All is as it should and must be,
According to the will of the divine intelligence,
The infinite spirit of nature.
There is no boundary between what is inside of you and what is outside of you.
And you surrender to the flow of life,
Knowing that you are not in control and that nature is perfect,
Whole,
And complete,
Just as it is.
Amen.
Now you become aware that you are again standing on the edge of this mountain stream.
You feel perfectly relaxed,
Perfectly at peace.
You are in the flow of life.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
It is the nature of human beings and of all living things to thrive and to grow.
We all have goals and objectives.
We have all achieved much that we can be proud of.
And we all carry a desire to do more,
To become healthier,
More prosperous,
To have fulfilling relationships,
To be respected and admired.
All of us are progressing through life from one objective to the next.
On the way,
We experience setbacks and challenges,
As well as successes and achievements.
Eventually,
We will reach a point when we have done all that we can do,
And it will be the time for the next generation to have their turn.
As human beings,
We never really feel satisfied.
No matter how much success we achieve,
We are striving beings.
We must keep moving,
Or we will stagnate.
Let's step back from our journey and realize that it is the journey itself that gives us satisfaction.
Right now,
See yourself with loving eyes,
Without judgment,
But with unconditional love and acceptance,
Just as you are right now.
Say,
I accept myself as a perfect,
Whole,
And complete being.
There is nothing that I need to do or change to be loved and to be valued and accepted.
Now turn to your health,
Your lifestyle,
And say to yourself,
I know intuitively how to conduct myself in life.
I know what to eat,
How to move and exercise,
And what I choose to do with my leisure time are all moving me toward my highest good.
Turn toward your friendships.
Say,
I value my friendships with others.
I am kind and I am loving to all people.
I do not seek anything in return.
I think of others and how I can be helpful and useful to them.
Now think of your career and your work.
I feel fulfillment and satisfaction in my work life.
I am progressing through my career without a need to force or to push.
It happens naturally because I operate with a goal to be useful,
Productive,
Kind,
Loving,
Humble,
And honest.
Relationships.
I say to my significant other,
Be they present or future,
In my life that relationship is filled with love,
Kindness,
Honesty,
Humility,
And generosity.
And I extend that kindness to all of my loved ones.
I release old thinking and thoughts about the people in my life that might be anything that is not love.
I remember that every moment I share with the people that I love is precious.
And I cherish our time sharing this life together.
