Dear one,
Is your morning activation.
There is only here and now,
As we journey on the path today.
And in this breath,
And from here forward,
The moment is all yours.
Bring awareness to your breath.
How does it feel to take a slow,
Deep breath in?
And slowly exhale out.
Now set the intention to do this silently.
Two more times with focus.
Slowly breathe in.
Slowly exhale out.
Slowly breathe in.
And slowly exhale out.
Have you ever noticed how often we use numbers in our day?
Perhaps you may be aware of times on the clock,
The number of litres that you drink,
The days that lead you to a goal or a connection with another.
Are you aware of the numbers in your day?
Can you be aware now that you have four fingers and one thumb on each hand?
Five.
In total,
Each side.
Allow them to move,
Flutter,
Clench and release.
Continue to do this as you think of five things that you wish to see today.
Five things.
I wonder if you would like to see a person,
Perhaps an object,
A book.
Five things.
Take these moments of breath to think of five things.
Perhaps you wish to count on your hand just because.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Now I invite you to be aware of your body in this moment.
Feel your way into the space where you are.
It's time to notice four things that you feel in your body in this moment.
Let your awareness travel like a flame to those four areas.
Notice the feelings.
Acknowledge them and feel into the spaces you find.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
I wonder if there are any other sounds that you hear besides my voice and the music.
Take your awareness into intention and hear the sounds that are around and within.
What is the voice within saying to you?
Allow it now to give you three affirmations,
Three words that you wish to bring forth into your day.
As you hear these words,
Try and wiggle your ears and hear these three words again in this moment,
In the now.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Allow your nose to move and awaken.
Move it all around as you bring your awareness to the smells around you.
There are two sensations of smell I invite you to be aware of now.
The smell that you can tap into in this moment is one.
And the second is for you to be aware of a smell that would bring you joy and happiness today.
Happiness the second that your nose allows it in.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
It is now time to activate your taste buds.
Feel your mouth move.
Find yourself smiling as you activate your awareness to the taste of what you can bring into your day.
What can you almost taste in the intention that you are setting right now?
Is it the taste of achievement,
Accomplishment?
Is it the taste of motivation or energy?
Is it the taste of love and harmony?
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
You are in the here and now,
Dear one.
This is your moment,
Your choice,
Your breath.
Take a breath and make a choice.
How you can bring awareness and activation into your day.
Rest your hands on your heart and breathe in to love.
The love you have within and the love that shines all around.
