Welcome back for another track. Direction. Sometimes we know it. Often times we think we know it. Whether we know it or not it becomes clear to us eventually. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my creation. I hope it brings you something you are looking for.

I'm a sucker for a minor key, and this music I could listen to on repeat for at least an hour, probably more. The rhythm made it easy to regulate my breathing, which anchored me in the present, and the melody calmed me down while bringing me into a state of questioning & curiosity. I didn't get any answers today, but I practiced asking and listening, and that's the important part. Thank you for sharing this beautiful music with us!

Amazing. That was such a lovely piece of music and I like thf metronome (is that the right word? ) effect. I just wish the track was longer
