Stephanie is a certified yoga therapist (YA 1000), trained birth and postpartum doula, and childbirth educator. Here one-on-one somatic work includes Thai Yoga and QuanTM Yoga Nidra. She is the creator of the Bhava Birth Education course, a meditation and pranayama based birth preparation path for individuals and couples. She loves yoga, music, hiking, bike rides, writing, reading, and traveling. Stephanie is married to Nicolas, and together they're raising four awesome children in beautiful Provo, Utah.
