Explore MeditationJennifer Whiteside specializes in healing the mind, body and spirit. She has helped thousands of people on their wellness journeys since 1999, using modalities of Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Sotai and Chinese Herbal Medicine, Meditation, Qi Gong and Yoga. She formalized her mindfulness meditation practice in the Plum Village tradition in 2003. She has introduced and oriented many people into their mindfulness meditation practice, facilitating meditation sessions and offering leadership support with a local sangha for two decades. She ordained as a lay member of the Order of Interbeing by Thich Nhat Hanh in 2015. Her passion is to empower people to find the peace and healing within, to develop skills and use simple techniques that are easy to learn, yet powerfully transformative.
