Louise is a London-born, Las Vegas-based E-RYT 500 Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher. Her absolute passion in life is sharing the healing + transformative power of Yoga as a modality for transmuting trauma, stress and anxiety. Everything she teaches is based in her personal experience of healing her childhood trauma, which came to her awareness during her first YTT in Sivananda Yoga. She has been studying + teaching yoga for healing trauma for the last 5+ years, within yoga studios, climbing gyms and for under-served populations in addiction recovery, incarcerated youth and those experiencing homelessness. In 2020 Louise launched Be Moved Yoga, an inclusive online space for healing, offering 1:1 sessions and courses for self-healing with the magic of Yoga, Meditation + Ayurveda. When she's not teaching or practicing yoga, Louise loves to be immersed in nature and moving her body - whether it's rock climbing, bike touring, scuba diving or taking her favourite dance classes!
