Take a deep breath in and hold it for a moment as we move up to our third eye chakra.

The seed sound for the third eye chakra is Aum.

The Sanskrit name of the third eye chakra is Ajna and it means to perceive or know.

It's located at the center of the forehead between the eyebrows.

Visualize an indigo lotus flower with two petals radiating from your pituitary gland.

Contemplate the deep shade of the ocean blue illuminating the petals with vibrant light.

See it float along with your breath and attention to the parts of your body that are ruled by your third eye.

Your brain,

Your eyes,

Your ears,

Your nose,

Your sinuses,

And your pineal gland.

As you breathe with healing intention,

Focus your breath sending that indigo light into those areas of your body.

I am wise.

I am intuitive.

I am aware.

I am imaginative.

I am clear.

Light is the element that is connected to the third eye chakra.

Continue to breathe deeply,

Guiding healing indigo light through your body and into your third eye.

Imagine an intense beam emanating from your third eye just above the center of your brow.

This light illuminates darkness.

Anything you focus upon becomes clear and sound.

Your third eye is now activated and ready for use.

You need only to focus.

I am wise.

I am intuitive.

I am aware.

I am imaginative.

I am clear.
