The seed sound for the heart chakra is Yam.

Yam.

The Sanskrit name of the heart chakra is Anahata,

Which means unstruck.

It's located in the center of the chest and serves as an anchor for our life force from the higher self.

Visualize a lotus with 12 green petals radiating from your chest.

Within it are two intersecting triangles forming a star.

Feel the pulsing vibration of this beautiful green light as your breath sends nourishing life force energy through your heart,

Your thymus gland,

Your immune system,

Your lungs,

And through your circulatory system.
