Visualize a lotus flower with a thousand violet petals as you contemplate the color violet as a vibrant color of mulberry or amethyst.
This color bathes the petals of the lotus in vibrant light.
See it float along with your breath and attention to the parts of your body ruled by the crown chakra.
The nervous system,
The brain,
Hypothalamus,
And cerebral cortex.
As you breathe with healing and attention,
Focus your breath sending that violet light into those areas of your body.
I am divine.
I am cosmic.
I am connected.
I am unity.
I am serenity.
Cosmic energy is the element connected to the crown chakra.
Imagine that through the crown of your head,
The gateway to infinite cosmic energy opens into the oneness.
Divine source of energy that joins with your vessel.
Imagine that the moon,
Sun,
Planets,
Galaxies,
The vastness of the universe meets you here at the crown.
Here you access divinity,
Unity,
An enlightened state of being.
Reside here for a moment and remember this so you may call upon it at will.
