Grounding and protection meditation welcome to the twisted vibrations grounding and protection meditation I am Dr.
David Fox and I am honored that you have joined me today make yourself comfortable with your feet flat on the ground you may be sitting,
Standing or laying down take a deep breath in and hold and out and hold and in and out and out and hold and in and out and out and continue to breathe at no moment focus on your feet draw your attention to the ground start to visualize your feet turning into tree roots the tree roots begin to go down through the floor down through the building down through the earth the tree roots continue to go down and down with every breath in the tree roots expand they get bigger and move further down through the earth down hands down down hands down the tree roots of your feet are approaching the center of the earth when they arrive at the core of the earth they begin to tap in to the energy feel the tree roots connecting to the heart of the earth now with every breath in feel the energy from the earth being drawn up through the tree roots and up and up the energy of the earth is being drawn higher and higher up and up the energy goes up through the surface of the earth up through the building and up into your feet the energy of the earth moves up through your ankles and up past your knees and up to your waist and up through your torso and up into your heart let this earth energy mix in the energy of love feel this grounding earth energy spiral around with love now begin to visualize a white light beaming down from the heavens down into your crown chakra the light's energy makes its way down through your head past your eyes past your mouth past your throat and into the heart let this light's energy mix with the earth energy and with love in your heart feel these two energies mixing together you are now grounded now take these energies from your heart and with every breath in expand it into your aura the earth energy to you and grow and grow until it fills out your aura entirely let this grounded energy surround you let it spin,
Let it dance now begin to imagine something protective it may be a steel cage it may be a wall of fire it may be a cloak of darkness whatever makes you feel safe let this surround the outside of your aura let this be your protection nothing harmful can get you through this protective barrier you are now protected you are now grounded you are now protected you begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers as you return to your body small movements in your arms and your legs you begin to rub your palms together and place them over your eyes and when you are ready you can open your eyes thank you for joining me for the grounding and protection meditation I hope to join you on many more journeys may you have a blessed day love and light
