This will remember this aahar suddho.
Satva Shuddhi.
OK,
You can repeat this.
Thank you.
So you know the meaning?
What is the meaning?
Relax.
That when the eating is pure,
Then the mind is pure.
Yes.
Nature is pure.
So you see,
We all want peace,
But at least we should eat food.
Which will not create disturbance normally.
It's a very simple thing.
It's not what they say as rocket science.
Anybody,
You may be educated or not educated,
You can understand that my body is made of wood.
Is it difficult to understand this?
It's everybody's experience.
Don't eat two days.
Then you see what happens to your body.
Maybe one day is enough for you to realize this.
Maybe a few hours.
So you'll see what happens.
So now that means if this body and mind is part of the body,
Mind is not that it is some external or it was added later on.
You are born with it.
It's not that you buy some.
.
.
Sometimes you can buy some.
You know,
Like car,
Which has not much accessories,
And then later on you can buy other things and add to it.
Make it luxury or you can add speakers,
You can add this,
You can.
So we are born with it.
And we have been eating from our childhood.
And we'll continue to eat till we die.
So life runs on food and also our emotions and thoughts.
So if I can change my food,
Which is in my control.
I don't have to depend on somebody.
I don't have to do pranayama for this.
I don't have to bend my back,
Touch my toes,
Stand on my head.
You don't have to go and do parikrama of Govardhan.
I'll go to Radha Kund.
So I knew he ate three times a day at least.
So if you can change it,
It will bring a change in your mental state.
So this is knowledge in India.
It is written in the Upanishad.
It's thousands of years old.
And Sattva Shuddho Dhruva Smriti.
So where should we eat?
Proper food,
Which is also described what is proper.
Even Krishna in Bhagavad Gita is talking about.
He is also saying,
At least twice he is mentioning.
.
.
He says that a yogi will become free from suffering.
If he does this.
First thing he says is Yukta Ahar.
Balanced eating.
I don't know.
Yukta Ahar.
Sixth chapter of Bhagavad Gita.
And then he is talking about food in 16th chapter.
Three types,
Versus Nidha,
Hridya,
Ahara,
Saptaka,
Prithvi.
So he's telling what kind of food we should eat,
What kind of food we should not eat.
And then Ayurveda is talking so much.
So at least we can do this,
Something which we are exercising every day since our birth.
And it has such an impact.
On our mind and our life is dependent on the level of our mind.
Or happiness,
Distress,
Suffering,
Everything is experienced in the mind.
And our good acts,
Bad deeds,
Everything is because of our mind.
So we should be very careful what we put in it.
But we are so careless.
We can eat anything.
So,
Therefore,
At least remember this mantra.
Ahar Shuddho,
Sattva Shuddhi,
Sattva Shuddho,
Dhruva Smriti.
You will have good memory.
And then smooth it,
Smooth out the plumb hair.
Granthev Pramokshaha.
Will have this smriti.
Then you will become free from the bondage.
And become free from suffering.
So it is so important.
Okay.
