This meditation session will focus on synchronicities, The beautiful, Meaningful coincidences in life that act like winks from the universe, Letting us know that we are on the right path. Before we dive in, Let's take a moment to create a comfortable, Peaceful environment for ourselves. Find a quiet space where you can sit or lay down comfortably. If you like, You can dim the lights, Light a candle, Or use an essential oil diffuser to help create a calming atmosphere. Now, Settle into your chosen position. If you are seated, Keep your back straight and relaxed. Rest your hands on your knees or in your lap, And if you feel comfortable, Close your eyes. Take a few moments to just breathe, To be present. Inhale deeply through your nose, Hold it for a second, And then exhale slowly through your mouth. During our time together, I will be sharing affirmations with you. These are powerful, Potent, Positive statements created to help you tap into the beautiful dance of synchronicities. Embrace the unexpected and deepen your awareness of your divine connection with the universe. As I speak each affirmation, There will be a pause following it. I observe the frequency of synchronicities in my life as a sign that I am becoming more aligned. Meetings, Encounters, Connections, Opportunities and love are happening when I am aligned with my purpose in life. Luck manifests when readiness meets opportunity. An opportunity is only as wide as the space I create to hold it. I create time and space for serendipity and synchronicity to occur more often in my life. My ability to adapt and be flexible allows the universe to help me in ways that I am yet to discover. Synchronicity is when I feel like I am in collaborative arrangement with fate. Everything is either a lesson or a blessing, And every lesson is a blessing. The more I do the inner work and raise my vibration, The more experiences I co-create that are beneficial to my well-being. If I do my work, Truly and conscientiously, Unknown friends will come and seek me. Sometimes, I will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory. I often find something good without looking for it. I experience beautiful, Unexpected meetings that change my life. I embrace uncertainty. Some of the most beautiful chapters in my life won't have a title until much, Much later. I will get there when I get there. So, I relax, I breathe, And I enjoy the ride. I effortlessly become aware of signs from the universe. I tap into my felt sense and intuition and let them guide me. I am able to recognize the signs from the universe. I humbly ask the universe for signs so as to know what direction to take my life. I am loved and supported by the universe. I feel aligned and connected. I pay attention to the subtle and creative ways that Spirit uses to communicate with me. I am present with what is. I am present, Open, And willing to receive answers. I experience miracles. Source is guiding me. The signs from the universe are often subtle, Indirect, Gentle, And quiet. I discern messages and lessons in every situation. I am happy in this moment. I am whole. This moment is my life. Sometimes, By overhearing a conversation, I am receiving a message. I follow the signs the universe puts on my path. If I feel a strong connection to a song, It's something I should explore further. When I see people I feel attracted to, I approach them by saying, Hi, I felt the need to connect with you, So I'm saying hi. I pay attention to what resonates within me. I follow my gut and intuition. Every night, I invite meaningful and insightful connections in my dreams. I pay attention to symbols from nature. I continually acknowledge and reflect on what consistently shows up in my life. Every delay or setback is the universe repositioning the timeline for me to be on the right path for my highest good. Things are not happening to me, But for me. I relax into my being. I slow down and intuit the experience of life. I am sensing the ebbs and flows of life. I rely on my gut feelings, Inherent wisdom and subconscious to navigate and appreciate life's complexities. I am living more mindfully and authentically.
