Bring your awareness to the soles of the feet,
And visualize roots growing deep down into the earth.
And through those roots,
Drink up the nurturing earth energy.
Feel the dense energy flowing up through the soles of the feet,
It's almost as if they're just melting right into the earth.
And then breathe the earth energy up through the feet,
Into the lower legs.
And sense the earth energy circling through the knees.
Now breathing the earth energy into the upper legs,
And this healing,
Nurturing energy has the ability to wash away anything that isn't serving you.
And sense it flowing through the hips,
And gathering in the pelvic bowl.
Now imagine a tube extending down through the perineum.
See it going deep down into the earth,
All the way to the earth's core.
And this tube is at least as wide around as the hips,
And it can be made of anything that you'd like.
You may imagine it made of gold,
Solid gold that nothing can penetrate,
Or it may be a beautiful nature scene.
You may also like to see it as a tree trunk,
And it may change each time you imagine it,
In present moment time.
Just feel it extending and hooking right into the earth's core.
And then through your grounding tube,
Drink up more of the nurturing,
Healing earth energy.
Feel that healing energy flowing right up into the earth's core.
And you may notice you start to relax a little more,
And settle a little bit more into the body.
Now continue breathing the earth energy up through the stomach,
And into the chest.
And in the center of the chest,
The heart center,
Imagine a flower blooming,
Open wide to the sun.
It can be any flower that you choose.
And this flower opens both to the front,
And then another flower opens to the back.
Now feel the healing earth energy flow through the shoulders,
And down the arms.
And sense it gathering like pools of light in the palms of the hands.
And feel it flowing out through the fingertips.
Just clearing and washing away anything that doesn't serve you.
And this all happens with ease and grace.
Now breathe the earth energy up through the throat,
And feel it balancing the energy center here in the throat.
And sensing it rise now to completely clear the space behind the eyes.
And in this space,
Imagine a gemstone or crystal,
Just radiating light out in every direction.
Beautiful luminous radiant light right in the center of the head.
Now feel the earth energy flowing right up and out the top of the head,
Showering healing calming energy back down on you.
It's almost as if it's like a fountain,
Shooting up and out the top of the head,
And then showering the healing peace back in.
And now to do more clearing,
Set the intention to let go of anything that doesn't serve you or is not for your highest good,
Right now down through your grounding tube.
Just trusting that it's flowing with ease down through your grounding tube,
And then being transformed into something the earth can use along the way.
And you don't even need to know what this is,
Just setting the intention is enough.
And the beautiful thing about your grounding tube is that it can flow both ways simultaneously.
You can let go down your grounding tube while also receiving from the earth up through your grounding tube.
Now imagine a rose out in front of you that represents anything else you might like to let go of.
It could be anxiety or overwhelm or stress.
Just imagine a rose for one thing now.
It can be any color,
And if you're not able to see the rose through a visualization,
You can just trust that it's there.
So the rose now represents this first thing that you would like to clear,
And now explode that rose into light.
Now imagine a second rose that represents the next thing you'd like to clear,
And perhaps this time you'd like to clear something like another person's energy that may be in your field or any foreign energy in your field.
You can just set that intention or something else if you prefer for the second rose.
And now explode that rose into light.
And now for the third rose,
Again you can imagine whatever you'd like,
But perhaps you'd like to imagine an obstacle,
An obstacle to something that you're really wanting to have or receive or create in your life.
So let the rose represent whatever you'd like to clear now,
And then go ahead and explode it into light.
And now one more rose for anything that comes to mind,
Anything you would like to clear,
And explode it into light.
Now imagine yourself standing in a waterfall of divine light,
Divine light flowing down into everything that you are.
Every cell,
Every organ is filled with light and functioning perfectly.
You breathe in this healing light with every breath.
Feel the healing light flowing in through each and every pore.
Your entire being in a perfect state of balance.
Now sensing this light flowing in through the crown of the head and down along the spine.
And as it flows down along the spine,
It radiates out in every direction.
Your entire internal being becomes this beautiful bright light.
And it all happens with such ease,
Such grace.
And sensing that healing energy flowing all the way down into the pelvic bowl,
Again radiating light out from the sacral chakra,
And then sensing it flowing down through the hips and her grounding tube into the earth,
And feeling the healing energy flowing down through the legs and out the feet into the earth,
Making yourself the perfect bridge between heaven and earth.
